Hedra estate is quite possibly the worst company I have rented from. We rented a house sleeping 10 people and the air con was broken in all of the bedrooms. It was 38 degrees and you couldn’t enter a bedroom without sweat dripping from your face. They tried to fix the problem but it was broken and they could not give a date that it would be fixed. We asked to move house or be refunded so we could find elsewhere - these options were not offered and we were left with no option but to drag all of the mattresses down into the living room and sleep there as this was the only room with working AC - this meant all 10 guests had to sleep side by side which included small children and a baby. Also the 5th bedroom outside smelt awful of cat urine, you couldn’t even go in the room. They sent cleaners who said the smell was awful and that nothing could be done (I have recorded evidence for this!) then the estate lied and said the cleaners could not find any smell!! The manager dragged the email exchange out over 2 days so my first 2 days of my honneymoon was completely ruined and was incredibly distressing. The estate did not care about the distress. Finally after 2 days of manic e-mail exchanges they said we could leave and they would refund us for the nights we would not stay and only offered 15% off the first 2 nights even though we couldn’t access 80% of the house plus cleaning fees!!! Utterly not acceptable. Do not rent from this estate, if there is a problem, they will not rectify. My honneymoon was cut short from 5 nights to 3 plus added stress and cost having to find alternative accommodation in peak season for 10 people!!! Practically impossible!! In the mental heat with small children and a baby. There was no regard for the awfulness of the situation.

NON PRENOTATE CON QUESTA AGENZIA TRUFFATRICE. Salve a tutti spero che questo commento prenda l’attenzione di TripAdvisor e faccia in modo che tante persone non subiscono più truffe da questa struttura. Purtroppo essendo la nostra prima volta a Dubrovnik ci siamo fidati di questa struttura apparentemente buona. Orario di entrata segnava 15:00 tutto bene finché non ci rechiamo in struttura e ci viene comunicato che l’appartamento sarebbe stato pronto un po’ prima(noi siamo arrivati alle 10:00 e lo avevamo comunicato 2 mesi prima) tutto bene tutto apposto, ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 3 sotto i 38 gradi di agosto al sole nonostante l’appartamento fosse già pronto da un’ora senza dirci nulla. Ma non è finita qui c’è molto di peggio MA MOLTO. Il personale è di un ignoranza bestiale, nessuno parla inglese forse nemmeno la loro lingua parlavano molto probabilmente. E quando cercavano di comunicare tra risate e prese in giro c’era solo da finire alle mani. E parlate con una persona di livello C1 di inglese. Ma passiamo avanti. L’appartamento tutto ok anche se dopo mille euro in un appartamento non avevo mai sentito dire prima di allora che NOI dovevamo buttare l’immondizia alla fine dei 4 giorni, anche questa mi è nuova. Ma non è la parte peggiore arriva ora. CI HANNO LETTERALMENTE TRUFFATI. Decidiamo di voler provare la giornata in barca tutto incluso tramite la loro agenzia(ad averci pensato due volte) spendiamo all’incirca 300€ i cari poveri di mente e di intelletto sbagliano a comunicarci il porto di partenza facendo sì che noi perdessimo tempo(alle 7 del mattino) e soldi. Tutto questo avviene il giorno 9/8/2024 perfetto siamo al 3/9/2024 e oltre al non risponderci nemmeno più ne a telefono ne ai messaggi il fatidico ‘rimborso’ non si sa in qualche galassia sia finito visto che la nostra banca non sa nemmeno di che rimborso stiamo parlando. Siamo stati letteralmente truffati, li abbiamo chiamati e avvisati che avremmo agito legalmente e loro nella loro grande intelligenza hanno preferito IGNORARCI come se già non si fossero comprarti da villani. VI PREGO NON PRENDETELA NEMMENO IN CONSIDERAZIONE . Verrete truffati, derisi e altro che vacanza.
