I would like to share my recent experience regarding this hotel that we had planned to visit. Unfortunately, after a long international journey, we received a communication from the hotel, via ***********, just 10 minutes before the official check-in time, informing us that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel was unable to accommodate our reservation. This happened when we were only 1 km away from the hotel, causing significant inconvenience and problems. To make matters worse, conflicting reasons emerged between the hotel, which blamed ***********, and *********** itself, which in turn blamed Premier Suite Plus. Additionally, I would like to highlight an inconvenience encountered during the attempt to make the payment. We were sent a link that, unfortunately, was not functioning. After attempting to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, we received an email stating that we could easily make the payment upon our arrival at the reception. I regret having to express a negative review as we had hoped for a pleasant experience at that hotel. However, the aforementioned issues have negatively affected our perception of the organization and efficiency of the service provided. I share this testimony in order to provide sincere and objective feedback to potential customers who are considering booking at this hotel, as I have noticed that my case is not isolated, and by reading reviews, other travelers can be found who have had similar problems. It is important to be aware of such issues in order to make an informed decision. I hope that this review can contribute to an improvement in the hotel's processes and ensure a better experience for future guests.
