Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (North Docklands)

Hotel reception doesn’t know how to checkin customers from Trip.com. Location and room are alright.

Stayed here recently while attending a concert nearby in the 3 arena. Perfect location for the occasion but will not be back to this hotel. Comfortable clean room but very very basic, not value for money at all. No check in open until 3 pm, hotel was fully booked which led to a very long queue and long delay to check in which was very poorly and badly organised. Internet then went down which caused a whole host of problems. Bar is strictly card only, they don't take cash or charge to rooms for the bar, so when interent went down they had to basically close the bar. Restaurant does not open until 5.00 pm, so is of no use if you are attending a concert. We had to leave the hotel because we could neither get drink or food. On returning from the concert, the internet was down yet again so a very busy bar had to be closed yet again because of their inability to function without the internet. I have never seen the likes of it ever before. Faulty towers springs to mind. Last thing is they do not have any discounted parking arrangements in place with the local car parks so our overnight parking ended up costing €35.00. I would say there are plenty of better hotels nearby and it's well worth spending the free extra quid to stay in them rather than this place.

We were charged 3x the total amount due to a fault in the card machine at check in. Strangers walked into our room due to staff giving them our key card, the electric went off as our key card was then made invalid. Just overall bad experience.

Four night stay, no cleaning but on demand. When we did they took the rubbish and change the towels. That's it!!? They did not even take the used coffee cups. The room is bare. For a party of three for four nights we did not have where to put our clothes.

Travelled from Liverpool to stay here for one night to visit 3 arena. After reading reviews I was a bit worried but I needn’t have been. It’s a great hotel. We’ve stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and this is one of the best. Due to time of our flight we arrived at hotel at 9.30am. Thankfully we could do early check in for 10 euros. The hotel is in an excellent location for 3 arena. It was literally a few minutes walk to get to. The hotel is big, there are 7 floors but there are 3 lifts. The breakfast was great. As the kitchen is open plan right by where the hot food is , the chef is constantly checking and rotating food. He was very pleasant too. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely be returning.

Would not hesitate to stay again & would highly recommend to anyone who would like to explore the city.

I would highly recommend this hotel to both family and friends, especially when attending a concert! We stayed during the last night of the Coldplay concert and couldn't have asked for a better location! 20min walk to Croke Park and the area was so safe. The staff in the hotel we're more than helpful and a lot of fun to speak to, especially Marta & John who made our stay more memorable. Credit to these employees and I do hope they get the recognition from management that they deserve! The room was spacious and comfortable! We already have our next stay booked for November.!

Over 30 minutes to check in and woke by false fire alarm at 2am, just as well it was false alarm as would never have got out of the building due to staircase packed with guests trying to leave

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful from check-in, to breakfast, to helping us at the bar. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. Even though it was not in the city center, there were inexpensive public transportation options (one block to the tram) and we could quickly get to places we wanted to visit.
