The hotel was nice clean and quiet! The staff from the front desk to the security guard were all attentive and pleasant. They were true professionals in this industry. The breakfast was great every morning and was included in our room price. All you had to do was ask and they delivered. They made our vacation stay PRICELESS!!!

A quiet neighbourhood, pleasant stay, friendly service staff, especialy Raddja on the breakfast shift. Our third stay there, the waterfront is a very good place to stay. Clean rooms, perfect mattraces, efficient housekeeping, low noise a/c. Overall satisfaction.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel. The rooms have interconnecting doors and The next door guest kept knocking on the interconnected door in the middle of the night. When this issue was addressed to the receptionist she even lied stating that they had left for the airport and had complained because they couldn’t sleep. Which makes no sense and also confidently was telling me to go and check yourself. I left the apartment in the middle of the night. When i raised this issue to their acting manager and was expecting a call next day but i had to call and check instead of them calling me. Anatolina their acting manager which i really doubt that she was, she was so rude and was only trying to hide her staffs lie when her staff had told me that they had left but they changed their room. No solution was provided neither they are interested in the safety of the guest. Totally Unacceptable service and the worst experience. The staff lies, and the management doesn’t care for the safety neither cares for any customer service. Worst hotel to stay.

For my Dubai travel in October I selected INK Hotel. Never been there but made a real nice impression when booking. It even got better than expected. A great, new venue with very happy and friendly staff - claiming "We love to have you here". It´s not just a Marketing slogan, you can really feel it. Great welcome, you can basically do all requests via App (very quick Check-in/out, room-service, activities booking, laundry, etc.), breakfast is #healthy and the coffee from Abdel Jabbar (Barista) and the omelettes are REALLY good! Nina does such an attentive service and Judit very intuitively operates the hotel as GM and takes great care of all special inquiries. What I especially liked: the hotel is in a quiet surrounding, has a focus on sustainability, e.g. all room keycards are from recycled material and so are the amenities in the bathroom. It´s even awarded for sustainability. Rooms are big enough (23 - 30 sqm) with nice, open views as well and it has the fastest (for-free) WIFI I´ve ever been using in a hotel plus some nice places inside and outside for your business needs. I'm definitely coming back, as it´s only 10-15 min by car to Downtown, DWTC Exhibitions, DIFC and Museum of the Future. Great job, INK Hotel Dubai, this is what hospitality should feel like!

I would say Mohammed duty manager is hands on and active and knows what goes on in his hotel and it shows. The hotel runs smooth and everyone I dealt has smile and very courteous, polite and service was outstanding. Why I selected as friends they decided to meet some where in middle of city and offers sheesha and ink hotel has newly opened roof top sheesha lounge and place has lots of potential and can be something in area. Place is clean and nice. Reason I came here is because of my last experience during Ramadan. Thanks to Ink for pleasant and peaceful time. Thanks Alishah Khowaja

A great place to have a calm and relaxing moment in Dubai, Super friendly staff, professional in customer relation. The hotel cleanliness is well maintained, The rates are quite affordable compared to other hotels of same caliber F&B It’s got a wide variety of food on their menu to suit internal guests Nina was supper assistive and friendly and helped me select the best seller meal on the menu. Which eventually was so delicious and finger licking Well done guys A Shisha longe will be a plus 👌

Not recommended for families especially if you have kids because they will not sleep properly with the noise of night guests coming directly from bars and maybe your kids will get traumatized at 4am because of fire alarm like my daughter of 16 months. Except that all good, location, staff at the restaurant, breakfast. View from the window.
