Phòng rất rộng và thoải mái, và dịch vụ rất tốt. Giao thông cũng thuận tiện và phong cảnh đẹp. Giá cả cũng không đắt.

Hãy nói về khung cảnh bên ngoài cửa sổ khách sạn, bên phải có thể nhìn thấy Dubai Creek trong một khu vực nhỏ bên trái và phần lớn Burj Khalifa ở bên phải. Bên trái phòng view sông nằm ở vị trí đắc địa, tầm nhìn không bị cản trở, cảnh quan đẹp, tâm trạng thoải mái. Đáng tiếc không có xứ sở rượu vang, nếu không khung cảnh ngoài trời ở tầng một sẽ dễ chịu biết bao.

Our first family visit to Dubai The best hotel my family and I have stayed in. The room is very spacious and clean, overseeing the Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff is ever-polite and very accommodative. Breakfast was excellent with many food choices. 1) The duty manager will never fail to give a courtesy call to find out if everything is fine during our stay 2) Shoutout to Mr. Jeff for helping us to safekeep our Dubai loots (Fix Chocs and cakes) before returning back to our homeland. 3) Shoutout to Ms. Aleksandra (I hope I get the name correct) for showing us to our room during the check in. 4) Shoutout to the lady staff who always greeted us at the lift lobby from 8am to 8pm. Overall, it was indeed a memorable stay in The St. Regis Downtown for our first trip to Dubai. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beyond imagination and expectation! It was a transition stop for us to catch an early flight, however everyone in St.Regis made this short stay last long. ALL crew show their hospitality and caring. We would definitely choose St.Regis Downtown Dubai again and recommend it to our friends.

Friendly staff. I fell and twisted my ankle, the hotel loaned me the wheel chair and accommodated my inconvenience. Very much appreciated.

I travel to Dubai 2-3 times in a year, and I lived 8 years in UAE, but I have never seen such fantastic service. If you want good location near to Dubai Mall also that is the choice you need to take

This was an underwhelming visit to a St. Regis property. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was good. But that's about the only positive. Location of the hotel is quite far away from Dubai Mall, despite having "downtown" in its name. Views around the hotel are dominated by construction sites. Our TV also glitched throughout our visit. I guess the hotel is ok for business travel, who only care for a clean bed and a good breakfast to start the day. But I would not recommend it to tourists visiting Dubai.
