I want to take this opportunity to thank all the members of my stay more than just pleasant but very pleasurable. The Savoy Crest Hotel has always been like a home away from home and it had been some time in between from my last stay to my most recent one. Even though it had been a while the Hotel never forgot about me including me on all Holiday occasions and that is a wonderful to know that you are being thought of. Being a Guest means so much when it comes to excellent customer, quality care, prompt service and attention to detail and these are all qualities exhibited by the Hotel Staff at Savory Crest Hotel in Dubai. I had an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and new ones regarding the staff. The warmth and the kindness radiated through the smiles, politeness, and the greetings received when entering or exiting the hotel for the day. I can see that the staffing continues to take pride in their work and it's not just a job but an opportunity to expand themselves professionally. The cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and the elevators illustrates just how much the hotel staff appreciates the Guests with a health consciousness decorum. I want to thank Mr. Farouhk Sunnyh, Group General Manager for the communication we had in my booking and for the great staff at the Hotel because you make each of my stays a rewarding and relaxing experience. I try to take the names of as many of the staff that I can to recognize the professionalism and positive attitude displayed during my visit but there, too, some unsung staff members that is not inclusive of my list, but I want to acknowledge you for the great work that you and the entire team do, and your hard work does not go unnoticed.   The beds are comfortable, rooms very clean, the greetings from the front office staff are professional, you receive a refreshment drink upon check-in, and the staff is very accommodating. Joy (Front Desk) I want to recognize her and her teammate who were assisting me with finding the toll-free number for the Delta Airline and Air Franc because of my luggage being left behind in Paris, France upon my arrival at the international airport in Abu Dhabi where I had to get the bus from there to Dubai with only my backpack on my arrival to the hotel.
