We had attended the wedding reception in al bustan center and residence party hall Everything was well organized as we requested Staffs are very friendly Specially Ms.Arlene was the incharge for everything she looks after us and everyone from our group she was very helpful and professional Food is very good Thanks to chef coasta Once again thank you so much

Great value for Money property with good Rooms and Facilities. They have a swimming pool, gym with sauna, steam and Tennis courts. The Rooms are well maintained and our Room was regularly cleaned and made well ready by Mr Joseph who did a great job. The Property is well located too near a metro station and good eateries around.

Rooms are clean, staffs are very hostile especially housekeeping staffs mr. Jijo and mr. Hithu, mr. Hemraj. Laundry staff even though heavy rain time in dubai,they could manage to assist the guests very comfortably. Swimming pool staff and front office staffs all are very impressive 👍

Housekeeping is very friendly and great Special thanks to Punith and chomatho Gym is very good Swimming pool is available here The hotel site is very good and near the metro station Reception staff is good and helpful Bell boy is very good…..

Thanks you Bustan for a wonderful stay The place is well kept , Very helpful and friendly staff will visit again I stayed there for one month it felt like my home will come back to Al Bustan when ever I am in Dubai Once again thanks everyone for the hospitality

It's one of the worst experience me and my 14 friends had told as we went for iftar buffet with lots expectations. Food was horrible and tasteless, we could have spent 1/3 that money on any street food counter and would have enjoyed 100 times more. I would not recommend and no one should even think to go there. Worst experience of all time... really disappointed.

A great iftar with affordable price, dishes are really good and delicious. A good place to have a iftar with family and friends. Had a iftar at Al Bustan Center. Very nice place, staffs are so kind. Especially Mr Al Ameen and the Chef Mr Nateshan.

We had booked iftar buffet in Al bustan Centre and residence Restaurant is really good and food is very tasty and hygienic. Add more South Indian food if possible. Also we look for traditional porridge called nombu kanji Service is too good. Staffs are friendly Chef Natesh and Al Ameen.

We whole family came for for Iftar party . Staff gave a very warm welcome . Ambience excellent Menu very good . Items too much . Attention excellentl. Staff very cooperative . Had a wonderful experience .. Staff very cooperative . Service very good and really appreciable . Chef Nr .Natesh , costa , and Manage Al Al ameen

The food was very amazing 🤩 It was delicious I enjoyed it a lot The pasta was was so tasty The kabuli pulau was very excellent 👍🏻 Thank You Chef Natesh makes the pasta nice and chef Naseer and zia are the Indian and Arabic specialised Thanks to Chef costa Arlene Almin Alameen

Variety of food options available. Loved the biryani and pulao rice options served. Muhalabia dessert was good. Loved the live pasta station as we all enjoyed the pastas served customized to our preferences. Chef Naresh did a good job on it . Chef Costa was helpful and all staff who assisted with serving Arelene Alameen and Almin

Had iftar with them. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend. Alan was very helpful. Many varieties of food. Please call them before you come. Because you may not find seat. Please come and experience wide variety of food. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Thank you Al bustan for very good service. I really like it. I would like to make a special mention to the cleaning department. Thank you Mr. Harshika for excellent cleaning, good attitude, help. I had some problem in my bathroom, I said it for him, he immediately called the right department, a technician came and fixed it. Also Mr. Harshika learned some words in my native language and voiced them while working. The words related to the topic of cleaning. I was very pleased. hotel staff thinks about customers.
