Had a wonderful time at this resort. Great service. Love the camel ride. The breakfast spread is great. The food is yummy. I will want to go back for a longer stay!

We booked deluxe family room for a night. It is two separate rooms next to each other. The rooms are spotless clean. The pool is superb. The kids love the complimentary camel ride. Staffs are attentive and helpful. Fantastic hotel. Just beware of the wasps.

All the staffs are friendly, helpful and provide a great service. The rooftop bar is really nice, great atmosphere, nice furniture. Guestroom is clear, decent . I would recommend the travellers to stay here and have a great desert journey.

We’ve been staying in many 5+ stars hotels around UAE, this one has some obvious details that can really be improved. 1) Sensor tap in washroom: It’s not functioning as expected - timing of water running was either too sensitive or totally missed it. I had a hard time trying to wash my face. 2) shower water control: there were three rotation handles without any indication which does what. Need to learn and try a few times to get it right. 3) breakfast is great: No crazy amount of selections but it will fits my tastebud and cooked well. 4) Bug control especially mosquito: It’ll be nice if they can offer some at table smokers or some spray scent to clear those uninvited friends, it will enhance our whole dinning experience. In general it’s good value for money and high standard hotel, just some adjustments and improvements.

The overall environment is quite comfortable but the Arabic buffet is a bit cold, maybe due to they’re in the outside. I’d recommend this resort if you’d like to relax without too many people around the place.

Service is excellent. All staff there are very helpful and cheerful. We stayed there to celebrate Christmas and had a very good times for family reunion there. We took the dinner at Anwa restaurant and we went there during sunset so that can enjoy the beautiful sunset especially the weather now is fantastic. The swimming pool divided into few section for family and kids, and adult pool in a very comfortable, spacious, natural and relax surroundings and you can enjoy very good sun bathing there. My daughter took horse riding on next day and she enjoyed very much.

Very cozy and nice atmosphere, the staff are nice too. A little far since it's in the desert.

The hotel duty manager, Trish, has been very helpful in resolving some of the issues we encountered during our stay. She took the issues very seriously, issues including bar/restaurant staff not being up to the hygiene standards, particularly in view of the pandemic, and took actions to remedy the situation. The hotel needs to improve its staff training, food quality and put in better sound proofing in guest rooms. The current management has however shown a willingness to listen and take remedial actions and bring the hotel to a level to be expected of a luxury desert retreat.
