Booking directly from hotel is 10-15% cheaper than booking through trip.com
They don’t provide dental kit (chargeable LOL 😂) / bathroom kit except one soap and shampoo
Loud music at the bar till 4 am
Courteousness needs serious improvement

Ramee royal so beautiful resort and nice palace Breakfast and dinner 🥣 very teaty and yummy 😋 food is good. Live singing in emprehal holl so amazing Enjoy with my family. Service excellent 👌 staff is very friendly and helpful. Service by Manju and renu swimming pool so wonderful and kids play area amazing 😍 thank you

We was in the gym fitness. Zoloto. Large gym in 8 floor in Ramme hotel have all exercise equipment. Its clean and good smell Good location in Down town! Our couach Artur was attentive and strict! So thanks 👍👍 my recomendation! We Will comeback with my friends

unprofessional staff when I went to the Thai bar ONYX no one came to take my order I was there waiting like 30 minutes, there was 2 staff a girl and a guy Arabic speaker along with one senior I think supervisor or manager, you should guide them how to work in the hospitality industry.

I enjoyed my two night stay ,I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Highly recommendable hotel ❤️

I book the hotel with buffet breakfast, buy paying more, but the hotel said make my trip didn't mention that in the reservation.

there are 6 night club in the building. you can hear noisy sound till next morning.

this is not 4 star⭐ hotel. room clean is very bad. when I check in then I show one dental kit in bathroom side which is previous guest already used no body throw. there was not coming hot water.

the staff is very rude except for 2-3 indian boys. No customer service and nothing like hospitality there.

Average hotel, located in al karama. Metro station is almost 2km away. You have to take a cab or bus to reach metro station. Its not easy to reach metro station by walk each and every day of your trip. Food is costly in comparison of near by good restaurants. The worst thing is, there discos and pubs in hotel which is just one floor d won of your staying room. So, you can't have either good or sound sleep in night due to loud music and harder parties. If your looking for discos and pubs in your trip then it is fine. Staffs are not polite and professional as expected. We had a bad experience in terms of this.
