This hotel is located in Habtoor, near dubai marina and I think it is a little too far from metro station. But service is really nice! Because of Marriott Bonvoy member, upgraded room was prepared and everyone in the hotel is very kind! If I will go to dubai next time, I will choose the hotel as staying.

I come to attend some event and happen to choose it online. I booked it at the last min and although rate is a bit too high but its service provided turns to be valuable.

Отель очень понравился. Есть своя большая территория и лежаки довольно близко к морю, что для JBR редкость. Пляж песок. В воде живут крабики. По питанию HB на ужин были отличные стейки Рибай. Также только на трип ком я увидел программу 3 часа напитков к HB. Буквально за 20$ в день доплаты к HB на двоих открывают доступ в бар на 3 часа с 16 до 19 с ограниченным набором качественных алкогольных напитков и коктейлей. Стройка есть. О ней предупреждают заранее. Но нам вообще не мешала. .

Wonderful stay overall . The staff, across the board, is the best part of this hotel. Gemma at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. The housekeeping staff is likewise amazing - Nazu(?) left a cute note for us! The hotel is worth every single penny. Great location, very nice and private beach.

Hotel staff really friendly and helpful especially Akhtar Abu and his staff helping sort out transport to several attractions food was great and the hotel was really clean we used the hotel member of staff to book all our trips which was easy and seamless looking at returning back to the same hotel either next year or the year after

I came up for a Business event inside the hotels conference centre and stayed six nights. The service down in the event centre was incredible. Big thanks to Faisal who was available pretty much 24 7 to help us ensure the event went down well. I also upgraded to the club lounge access on the 25th floor and brought some clients here to close some deals. The manager Hosam welcomed them like VIPs and even proposed a private meeting room which you offered to us on the house and brought us complimentary drinks and canapés. It helped me focus on my offer proposition and closed a huge deal. Then I repeated it with a second Prospect and close that too. It helps when the hotel staff has your back and does everything to ensure that you have peace and quiet Also some amazing views from here. I’ve used the Hairdresser and even had a pedicure at the same time. Everything I need is right here A huge thank you to the exceptional staff running around to get me coconut milk And always Seb I me with a smile. Thank you Hossam, Matti, Larry and Faisal (events).

Groom the time we checked in, the staff paid attention to our every detail. Gemma who checked us in walks very welcoming and even though we arrived early, she had an upgraded room ready for us. Bellal, kept our room impeccably clean and well stocked with towels and coffee supplies. He cleaned our room twice a day and always had a smile on his face. We are from the states and have never seen this kind of service anywhere. Great place to wind down and relax.

We had lunch at Luciano and it was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared with care and flavor. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our meal even more enjoyable. The setting was beautiful and welcoming, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable meal. We will definitely be back!

I’m not one for writing reviews but when the hotel you’re staying at has the same level of 5 star service as it did 5 years ago when you first came, it is definitely deserving of one. The food, the level of service and standard this hotel has provided has been nothing short of fantastic. Each and every member of staff has been exceptional. All of the dining staff were friendly and welcoming and we had Ibrahim, who served us on our first night who was, warm, kind and welcoming. Instead of letting me take extra food from the buffet in a tissue, he provided me with a box to put in whatever I wanted which is really appreciated. He made sure our table was clean, drinks were provided and even asked us if anything else was needed. The service has been like this for the past 7 days we have been here and I believe it would be the same if we stayed for 7 more. What a fantastic hotel !

I spent my birthday with Al dhiyafa restaurant and it was exceptional. They even sang a birthday song for me with a cake. Their food is amazingly good. The ambiance is perfect and their staffs are all hospitable. I will never forget Sania as she made sure that all of our needs are taken care of. Cheers to all Al Dhiyafa Team on making my day extra special.

This was our 4th or 5th stay here and the hotel is still very good. We went half board and had a club room, the club lounge is superb and always a favourite, the food this time in the lounge particularly in the evening was fabulous. We also ate at the grand grill and lucianos and both were very good. The pool and beach and were lovely but what really makes this hotel is the staff, every single person always greets you, they are so friendly and polite, it makes such a difference. Special mentions to David in housekeeping who kept our room immaculate for two weeks, Om Prakash by the pool delivering our lunches and drinks and last but not least the club lounge staff. Hossam, Ahmed, Matti, Myat and Sofia looked after us so well and their professionalism, friendliness and service will keep us coming back to this hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location with great amenities, staff are excellent and Sunita from housekeeping was fabulous!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food is lovely. This was our fourth visit to the hotel and hopefully we will be back again

What an amazing week that we had at Habtoor Grand Resort. Positives: - The hotel is beautifully presented, grand & clean. - Our club room was perfect for me, my partner & baby. It was so spacious with beautiful views of the wheel. My partner’s mum came with us & the hotel got her in the room right next to ours which was ideal. - The club lounge was great. Staff friendly and very attentive - unlimited Proseccos between 6-8pm was a yes from me!! A special mention to Matti, Sofia, Hassam, Larry, Myat and Ahmed who served us - you are all great at what you do & thanks for making our time in the club lounge memorable! - It was our son’s 1st birthday whilst over there & the staff went above & beyond to make it special. They surprised us with singing happy birthday & a cake, as well as decorating our room & making him a birthday card - I cried happy tears - it was so thoughtful. Raneem Said organised this - thank you so much Raneem, we will never forget your kindness. - There was always plenty of sunbeds. - Pool was nice & warm & drinks in the pool bar were reasonably priced. - The hotel offers a buggy to & from the beach which was handy. - The gym was one of the best I’ve been to on holiday with good equipment. - The a la carte restaurants were lovely with good portion sizes. - The main restaurant always had 2-3 egg stations open at breakfast & the omelettes / eggs florentine were always tasty. Areas for development (genuinely not many): - 1 lift was out of action for most of our stay so sometimes there was a bit of a wait for the lift. I’m sure this would be fine with all 3 lifts working. - Lunch in the club lounge wasn’t the best - we have had better at other hotels in Dubai that we have stayed at. It was afternoon tea style but I’d personally preferred a menu of choices or a buffet. - I’m being very picky here but none of the a la carte restaurants included alcohol for free. Other hotels I have stayed at in the past have offered 1 glass of wine, for example, with your meal but here it was only soft drinks. Overall we had a truly amazing week & would definitely stay here again!
