The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to my sister's apartment. It is convenient as well because it is just in front of the metro station. Choosing a hotel in Dubai is not easy but this hotel is worth the price. The staff are friendly and quite helpful too. Especially Mr Danny the bellman. He was the one who helped us from check in and checkout. We were worried about our transportation to the airport since its was the aftermath from the flood. But he made sure everything was taken care of, so it made the scenario abreeze. The other guy from the room service who we encounter for breakfast during our stay from April 14 was so helpful and considerate. Service in this hotel was good. Keep it up. Just want to comment about the smoke smell in the hotel. I think its coming from the bar. My son has asthma and i have allergies so that is a little off for us. Other than that, our stay was worth it because the room was clean and spacious.

One of the best hotels In Dubai. Everything is superb, be it service, cleanliness, space, location, staffs etc. Had a wonderful ten days stay at this hotel.

酒店扣押護照，落地玻璃門關閉不了，樓下是本地酒吧有人**人羣，強制收費，攜程在明知有風險情況下還上架該酒店，在酒店管家協助要求報警才離店，未入住成功攜程拒絕退費已舉報

За свою цену, это отличный вариант для недолгогот проживания. Номер большой, кровати мягкие, а что еще нужно) расположение хорошее в пешей доступности метро и Золотая Рамка Дубая.

房間比較老舊，一樓是KTV🤪

房間味道很臭，樓下音樂瘋狂到凌晨，洗髮水和沐浴露不好用，下次不會再來

房間裏有很大的味道，旁邊是印度酒館，晚上十二點過後會吵

A budget-friendly 3-star hotel.Unplaned room booking. We stayed here 5 days with family.At the time of check - in receptionist staff offered us a big spacious room, hence room was spacious we extend our stay upto 5 nights, hotel have good South Indian restaurant sports bar and night clubs clubs apart from Air-conditioning all services budget friendly. Night manager friendly with all guests arrived in hotel.Reception staff especially Mr. Madan at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency for me at midnight when local medical shops are closed He assisted us to order by necessary supplies through a medical app when local facilities were closed. We tried to offer him a tip as a gesture of gratitude, but he politely denied with the wording ATHITI DEVO BAVA🙏 We are very thankful for the nice gestures and expectational service that have made our Dubai stay memorable. Thank you🙏
