It was my first time stay at this hotel and it was perfect in every way, from the minute we checked in we were greeted with welcome drink and towel, we booked the burj khaleefa view and it did not disappoint. From in room dining I had the best burger ever, also I appreciated the housekeeping team for their work in cleaning the room. We checked out in the morning time and had Abeer taking care of us and I’m sure I’ll be coming back to this hotel, hopefully end of year to enjoy the outdoors Finally I loved that the hotel lobby atmosphere and it smelled good.

Love the experience and the ambiance…. Very comfortable… loved the stay Food was fabolous!! All staff there are nice But shaqilla from the reception was extremely helpful and sweet. Location is perfect closed to everywhere And easy going to the mall The most importance things is the lobby ambiance The rooftop was fabulous with infinity pool

The hotel is exceptional with immaculate facilities and round-the-clock service. What truly sets it apart is the dedicated staff, all of whom deliver top-notch service, particularly the managers I had the pleasure of meeting. I am grateful to the entire team for providing a fantastic experience for both me and my colleague. Special thanks to Mustafa and phenomenal personality.

For our four-day stay in Dubai for our youngest son’s thirteenth birthday, the La Ville staff treated us like family. Most notably, Abir at the front desk made sure that all of our needs were met to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely return to the La Ville in the future and recommend the La Ville to Our friends.

Beautiful atmosphere and services it's beautiful to be in la ville hotel for the second time and I recommend it for everyone new to dubai.the staff are helpful and friendly from all the departments. The only thing I may request bit loud at night from the outside

Great place to stay.Great location close to the iconic Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.And above all great customer service. Check in process fast and efficient.Sidwell Nare at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and polite.He made us feel like the most important people in that Hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom Apartment and it was comfortable and spacious.The room was extremely clean with all the amenities we needed. Chival restaurant was also amazing, great staff always eager to help. The front desk was very helpful.They honoured my request for a late check out without a hassle and I will forever be greatful.I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone seeking peace of mind and great service.
