It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, they allowed for early checkin with a small fee. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa is at 10min walkable distance. They have shuttle service to some of the prominent places like museum, public beach, old dubai, mall etc.

the hotel offers great services with friendly staff. The daily cleaning and room services are a plus, although it's good to know that you need to ask for toiletries. The easy booking and check-out process is convenient, and it's great that they are flexible with early check-ins. The location seems ideal, being in the center of everything and within walking distance to Dubai Mall, the metro station, and easily accessible transportation like taxis. The restaurant inside, Fridays, has friendly staff and serves a good breakfast. The supermarket has all the basic needs, although it doesn't offer alcoholic drinks. Overall, it sounds like a positive experience!

Great location, good spread of bfast, easily accessible to cabs but not close to MRT. The hotel has good chill vibes and the view of Burj khalifa is really worth it.

Very good location, it’s very convenient and they provide shuttle bus service from the hotel to several spot. All staff are helpful and housekeepers are all polite. We love their video game section and big lobby rest space, also their minimarket! Last but not least, the breakfast is really good!! Very good Burj Khalifa view from the room, swimming pool and even at the entrance! Pooja in the front desk is very nice! Would love to come back again~

I really like all Rove hotels, stylish and modern design in every hotel. As for Rove Downtown, it is very close to the Dubai Mall, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a minimarket with snacks, souvenirs, coffee (but I didn’t like the coffee there, it was very bad) and in the same building there is a TGI Fridays with a cool atmosphere, try their Buffalo wings.

Everything was amazing in the hotel.Front desk people,cleaning staff were adorable. The view from hotel feels like you are in the most expensive hotel ☺️ The price fully worth the conditions 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is close to Dubai International Airport and easy to get to the Dubai Mall, but I am concerned about walking around at night if I am a woman traveling alone due to security concerns. It is difficult to sleep because of the noise outside the hotel.

Hotel was in a great location opposite the Dubai mall. I had a room over looking the Burj which was fantastic, clean and had a comfy bed. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel provided free drinking water for your room and had a travel agent working in the lobby who you could book tours for. As a solo traveller, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in great location close to Dubai mall. Facilities are good and clean. Services are good.

This by far the best bang for my buck I have ever gotten on a hotel. The location was good, the staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again.

Hotel is located very near Dubai Mall, within walking distance. Hotel complimentary shuttle useful to go to attractions like Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, Al Seef etc. Rooms are simple and reasonably sized. However cleanliness not up to standard. One day the rubbish bin under the writing table wasn’t even cleared! Also Hôtel promised to do something special to celebrate my wedding anniversary but in the end nothing was done.
