Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel

The management at IBIS and Grand Mercur is very professional, kind and respectful. It was my birthday and they delivered Chocolate and pastry and designed my room as a birthday party./ No hotel does this. I am 57 , now 58 years old and I have been traveling for 43 years. I have never seen this kind of trea**ent from any hotel I have ever stayed.

Hotel room is spacious. The front desk is very helpful. The shuttle bus to the airport is a nice bonus.

It was a very unpleasant stay, I was frustrated most of the time! I stayed around 4 to 5 nights - The first room was not clean! only the bed sheets were changed. - The carpet was not well vacuumed, and the dust was not well cleaned. - I asked for deep-cleaning three times, and every time I informed them I would be out of the room for 5 hours. In those three times, they told me will do it, but never did. - The hand soap was broken, they changed it. - SO many tiny flies everywhere, I literally wake up seeing them next to my pillow!! I asked for pest control, BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I felt disgusted all of the time. They gave me a one-day complimentary breakfast. - I changed the room, it was better but still the flies problem was there. - I requested a million times to fix the safety box, but it was never fixed. - In the second room, I asked them to clean it multiple times, and they did. but the funny part was, behind one of the single beds on the corner, there was an old bag (maybe from a previous customer). In ALL of the times they cleaned the room, they never noticed it? - Some of the pillows smelled like storage, they changed it when I requested. - The dine-in was okay, but overpriced. - The business center was not working for my whole stay, I missed multiple meetings because of that. I didn't feel that there were enough staff, but regardless a couple of them were helpful, especially the manager. Loved the pool experience. The last 2 days, the rain storm happened, so I was understanding in terms of how busy the hotel got, but all of the points mentioned above was before that.

Booked 2 rooms when arrived to check in around 1.30 another room not ready. Overall very accommodating to modify dates that has been cancelled last min . Thanks

Close to the Dubai airport, just one metro stop away. Around 5 mins walk from the metro station, which is nice. Room is fine and basic, staff are not that great though.

1. Early check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 8 and we were checked in very quickly 2. Cleanliness, high-quality cleaning 3. Very polite staff 4. Good breakfast, I can’t say it’s super varied, but everything is fresh and there is food for every taste. 5. The location is convenient: it was easy to get everywhere by taxi 6. The pool is long enough, in which you can even train if you get up early while there are no people) 7. good fast wi-fi 8. A lobby where you can work comfortably next to a bar with good coffee. We lived in a large room with 2 rooms so that the two of us could be on calls and not disturb each other. With such a lobby this was not necessary and it was possible to live in a smaller room.

For me, Ibis provides affordable and good rooms to rest before your flight. My room was clean and all I need for a day rest was provided. Although a bit of a wait at the check in counter, but its still tolerable as the staff tried his best to help us. Overall, I would love to stay at Ibis again. I had stayed in other countries' Ibis as well. They try to maintain standard. Surely recommend to stay here and location is near the airport. So with taxi its also convenient.

Loved the place .Great price and close to the airport. The breakfast was terrific and very clean. The pool was spacious and super kid friendly. The Grand Mercure next door is part of the group. Your choice which one you prefer. Their summer (June to September)prices are half of normal.

Can hotel change breakfast menu already . It doesn’t favor guest who stay 3days and beyond bcos it is the same . Sadly.
