Optimal price/convenience ratio. Close to the beach Dubai Marina and close to metro. Windows do not open. There was a kitchen in the room. We did not like the breakfast, separate building, no normal coffee, same menu, many people.

Our room has been upgraded to a two-bedroom one. The location is outstanding. The breakfast is great, but it is not served in this hotel; it's a 5-minute walk away at their other branch. The staff is friendly. There are multiple restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has 3 toilets and 2 bathtubs. However, there was a moldy smell noticeable right at the entrance. The flush button panel was broken on one of the toilets and there was a problem with the hot water in one of the bathrooms.

Very happy with the choice. Excellent budget hotel for Dubai Marina area. The room has a kitchen and it is super. The room is clean and has everything you need, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Even a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bed is clean and white. Robes and towels are new and white. Water, coffee, tea, sugar are replenished daily. Special thanks to the housekeeper Rabi

Very good and clean hotel,the staff is a good and I specifically want to thank the employee Kanagaraj , he is a very good worker. And in hotel have clean and nice swimming pool, sauna and gym. My room is 310, its a big and comfortable room, if i come back in dubai i will stay there again

The worst hotel we ve ever been to with dirty rooms and bad service. Its not a 4 star hotel but I would rate it 3 star max. My advice - stay away. - no beach towels - broken beach umbrellas - restaurant is not in the same building and you need to walk for a 5 min to get there - terrible food and little dish selection with dirty tables and chairs - unclean rooms (had dirty curtains and bathroom), some facilities were broken, old furniture - hotel is located near the moscque and during Ramadan if your windows look towards marine be ready to hear prayers loudly at 4 or 5 am and during the day

I want to say thanks for Gopi in the housekeeping, he is very polite and positive person, he does very good his deal !) thanks so much !) if we nedeed something “water, cleaning, towels” he brought us these every time , our apartment were very clean all the time !)

It is a great experience to live in a such a nice place Compere to other places in Marina-Jannah Place Vacation Home Apartments are the best. An amazing view from the balcony, good quality furniture, cleanliness in the room - all this is on a top level. Big thanks to all staff who is making our stay here more comfortable.
