Location wise it is great its in DIFC My room has a view of the Burj Khalifa and the City view & next to Dusit Thani Hotel Their suite room is great it has all the facilities I need Walking distance to Metro Station has a mini grocery store for your essential needs Has a cafe, Lebanese and Indian Restaurant [I love the food quality at Narrah Restaurant Breakfast is good Their Pool at 47th Floor has the Burj Khalifa View At the back of the has "The Avenue Gate" Shopping mall w/ Carrefour grocery for essentials This is one metro away from Burj Khalifa The staff are great and accommodating :)

Thanks to sister precious the reception, she upgraded our room to suite, we really happy to stay there especially we can see burj Khalifa from our room window and from the leaving room, the hotel location near by the metro station and close to many restaurants, to bad we only stay for 1night,but will definitely comeback someday if we return to dubai

The location of Carlton Downtown is great. It’s close to the Financial Centre Metro station and only 1 station away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can find food, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby the hotel. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. I stayed in suites which has kitchen and living room apart from the bedroom and bathroom. It’s so spacious! Staff are nice and helpful. You can ask for iron and hair dryer or anything, if you need it. Just call the front desk and they will send it to your room. They clean the room daily, if you request it by hanging the sign at the door. The hotel also has a coffee shop close to the lobby and several restaurants in this building. Moreover they have gym and spa, so you don’t have to find anywhere else. So staying here is very convenient and very worth from what I spent. I recommend Carlton Downtown if you are going to Dubai!

I stayed almost 7 days and extended my booking 3 times due to business situation, Great hotel and great staff, everything was more than perfect, and I would like to thank especially Mr. Sobhy from reception, for his valuable advises; and Ms. Ouijdane from guests relations, for her amazing support and help to solve any issue that we had; and Mr. Shan from housekeeping, he was cleaning the room with happiness, professionalism, and smile was always on his face Thank you

No service at all. The air con was broken and no one came for help. The front desk also didn’t response to the requirements. Even I came to the front desk made no difference. This is the worst experience in Dubai.

For 2 persons in twin bed room - our 8 days stay we were comfortable. Expect 4 days we given 1 face towels, we call daily for the next 4 days. Our 2 chairs in room, when we were sitting, the centre of the seat sink in, we call for better chairs n was change to better ones. We are grateful n we tip the man .

The hotel is not far from Burj Khalifa, in a big avenue. The room is big but not so new and so clear.

We stayed 2 nights as a family 1.5 months ago and checked in after midnight, later than expected due to baggage delays. The staff were all good and friendly. The hotel is right beside DIFC metro station and is only a stop away from Museum of the Future in one direction, nd Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa in the other direction and this was a factor in us choosing this hotel - being in middle of those 2 points of interests. When checking in, we got upgraded to an apartment due to the rooms being overbooked which was good for us. The apartment itself was good, there was a bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and an open kitchen. There were TVs in the bedroom and the sitting area. We could see Burj Khalifa from sitting room window. There were 1 issue which I will highlight and another very minor. Both of the TVs did not work. Never mind them not being Smart TVs, they did not even show any local cable channels - not whatsoever whilst we were there. I tried with both of them to get something on but no channels were available - not sure if there was an issue with connection. Secondly, if they have a kitchen in apartments, it would be a good idea to stock it with some pans, although we did not need to use any of it and only needed glasses, which you'd get in rooms anyway. Apart from the TV issue, hotel was great, there is a shop (24/7 perhaps) inside the hotel, we used luggage storage facility after check-out and we did not use or visit any other facilities like swimming pool and restaurants so cannot comment on them, perhaps another time.

Great location and good service. But the rooms themselves are a bit old and need some cosmetic repairs in some places.
