Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

The stay in the hotel was very enjoyable-pleasant staff, cleaning twice a day, peaceful beach club and pool area, delicious breakfast. Our daughter admired Lady in Red- Milena, restaurant staff and also kids club. It would be advisable having more outdoor entertainment for kids. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable! After an initial hiccup with a delay in getting into our suite due to needing an early check-in, I cannot fault the customer service we received from the staff whilst we stayed at Kempinski Hotel. From house keeping to staff at the restaurants we were treated very well and all our needs were catered for and nothing was too much bother. Although we had a 2 bedroom suite, we paid to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool which was amazing! My son had his birthday whilst we were there and the staff made the day so very special by bringing him a cake and decorating the room. A special thanks for Mina and Kamal (Brunello) for making our dining experience far better than we ever expected. For Ahmed for resolving our initial issue with the early check in and upgrading our suite. But most importantly a huge thank you to Milana (hope I am spelling this correctly), aka the lady in red for going above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. Milana is a true asset to the hotel, a genuine hard worker who valued the feedback we provided and took action in order to rectify any issues that occurred. Would we stay at Kempinski again, absolutely!

The best place to have dinner and spend great time is Kempinski Palm such a beauty place amazing restaurants and the best food really recommend this place to visit with family or friends nice atmosphere and great staff who work there

Such a fantastic experience to spend the weekend in the hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I would like to thank also the beautiful Lad in Red, Melanie, for her always smile and her efforts in arranging the Birthday cake and balloon setup. The two amazing ladies during the Check-in "Sophie and another beautiful Asian lady (sorry, I did not catch her name)" for their smiles and welcome. For sure, all the staff as well.

I had an amazing dinner experience in Brunello restaurant. The restaurant has got a beautiful terrace for outdoor sitting. So you can have your dinner in a beautiful garden surrounded by greenery and fountains. Food is delicious! Authentic Italian cuisine accompanied by impeccable service! Special appreciation to Mina, who took very good care of me and my gastronomic preferences.

The restaurant is so beautiful, the atmosphere is nice and the service is excellent, Devi was my hostess for the lunch and she was very kind and helpful, without forgetting to mention the food was very tasty and quality was very high... All other staff were also kind and hospitable. Thank you everyone!

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. The suite is spacious, beautifully furnished and clean. The housekeeping staff (Susan and Jahirul) are meticulous and have great attention to detail. The breakfast is varied and nice. The only criticism is that the pool is quite small and there are not any other activities to do with older children (inside the hotel).
