Very good hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very cooperative, Faizal, Jonathan, Joice, sarita are very helpful. Special thanks to tourism desk person Mr Sijin Mathew from Drive Adventure Tourism who provided good tour with affordable and discounted price. We enjoyed Safari, cruise, IMG world and atlantis water park . He gives us attractive discounted price which is not available anywhere. Thanks Mr Sijin

I stayed this hotel for 3 days. Wonderful facilities and staff here is very cooperate especially faisal, sarita, joice. Thanks to all the teams in city seasons suites... My room was always nicely cleaned and was nicely attended to.... Reception staff always happy. The nearby area is full of activities very big mall full of brands and restaurants. Thanks to Harish, Sarita, Sourab Aye and Jonathan

City season suits is best for everything near to metro station's, shopping mall , medical etc . I love swimming pool restaurant food all staff are good everyone is helpful and always smiling . Thank you for the good hospitality and thanks to jonathan and sarita (security) .

The staff are marvelous, Maissam, Aye, Joyce and Jonathan. Excellent amd exemplary customer service the best I receive so far. They have extended my stay so I can see and have a great day with family whom I've missed so much. It's always comes to my mind to book here as I know I'll be welcomed and treated well.

Nice hotel. I highly recommend it, because great service that is much better than any other hotel. The view in front of the restaurant and hotel is very beautiful. Maissam in front desk was really very friendly and helpful. I will always book this hotel.
