They meet our expectation, hotel is clean and tidy, amenities are accessible , receptions are accommodating and friendly. Staff are nice and fast. All in all we are very happy to have stayed and will definitely be back to the same hotel apartment soon.

The location is far from town. A bit confusing as it has a few building of the same name . Abit of walk to the metro

The place was neat and felt like home away from home. About 10 minutes walk to metro, great food from their restaurant and spacious room.

I have stayed at this hotel couple of times. Facilities are good but the service is a let down. I have asked for a quiet room and I was told by reception there could be some noise due to renovation, I was ok if there’s some noise in daytime due to renovation, but I wasn’t informed that there is a painting job going on and the strong smell of paint filled the room. When I informed the staff, I was told painting is not in the hotel but upon my insistence they checked again to confirm that painting is going on. I have informed the staff that smell of paint is strong and it’s a HEALTH AND SAFETY issue for the hotel guests. But I was told they can’t stop the painting.

An amazing place to stay with family. A little bit of disturbance due to some construction or upgrade going on but overall amazing.

It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.

It was good option for families to use the service apartment option. Good Indian breakfast food options

nice hotel apartment staff very nice ,,,, just was missing some amenities like iron machine has no steam not useful at all .... also electric car charger .... in dubai now each hotel must have one or 2 charger station

service was good, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good. the facilities are very limited with only 1 restaurant and the food quality was very average. The rooms were big but looked very old as some of the facilities in the rooms were very old , like the wash basins, the locks were not working sometimes.

rooms were not clean. many devices in the room were not working properly. room lock had to be repaired

Stayed for a few days....descent hotel....value for money....nothing much wrong with anything
