I really happy to stay in this apart hotel. This hotel location is very good. It's near the metro station and a lot of supermarkets near the hotel. All the staffs are very helpful. Especially the staffs from reception are very good at helping the guest.

The receiptionist does not know how to put a smile and always pessimistic. They claimed that we cancelled one of our bookings through the app but that never happened. They took money based on what's in the app because of system problem then they returned some money back after checking out. They claimed that we refused cleaning the room in person despite all the confrmations and request that the room must be cleaned after checking out. They apologised after check out but that does not change the fact that made us "liars" for cancelling reservation and for refsing to clean the room. Because they appologised it's 3/5 stars. Factually they deserve worse. Adding salf to the injury the fact that I'm a platinum ALL member. What if I booked the stay through a third party!

The hotel is really old and has many maintenance and management issues. The lady at the reception was not helpful and didn't care. Checked in a room with scum all over the bathroom, insects everywhere, beat-up furniture and AC in the living room never cool down, see photos. Why would Aparthotel Adagio Premium check in guests to this kind of room? The hotel is not really up to Accor Hotels' standards, try to avoid it. There is nothing 'Premium' about it.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Mausami at the hotel reception, and I must say her service was outstanding. She was welcoming, professional, and handled every request with a warm smile and great efficiency. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay. Mausami is a true asset to the hotel, and we’re grateful for her excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

We spend two nights we went for business trip and say that everything was excellent the location of the hotel is very nice and quite closed to my destination as well as some view are very beautiful the swimming pool is very nice and big staff are very friendly especially from reception thanks to team and mausami for good hospitality

Stayed at adagio apartment is very nice breakfast and the hotel facilities are awosome service from staff are very great we couldn’t fault any things in the hotel service the staff are extremely helpful ,courteous and friendly especially mausami at reception thanks for all support

I m very happy to stay in these apartments all the amenities are perfect very price worthy staff are very helpful and friendly restaurant are nice food is very fresh I went for breakfast in 365 swimming pool is small but it's ok to relax thaks to reception team mausami and jovey for greet hospitality

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with worthy the guest welcoming amenities are perfect staff are very professional and genuinely wants to help especially mausami from reception very kind they give me good room with sea view i stay with my family we enjoy our stay very much wifi connection is little slow but Mr prshant fix for us which add more happiness and comfortable for our stay over several evenings we went for dinner in 365 we enjoy the food service is very nice & staff are very friendly i wll come back again in the adagio

I m very happy with hotel hospitality service all the amenities in the room are very amazing and nice kids clubs of hotel i like most the wifi connection is very good reception team are very helful mausami is very friendly and helful hotel has very good location for transportation i will come back again and i recommend for family to stay
