Wow - just had to share this! Look, I've been staying at this hotel for a bit now, and honestly, I can't get over the service here. You know how some places just talk about good customer service? These folks actually walk the walk. Get this - I'm at breakfast this morning, place is packed (like, crazy busy), and who do I see hustling around helping the staff? The Marketing Director! Not kidding - Niza Martinez (the director) is right there in the thick of it, helping wherever needed. No fancy suit, no "I'm too important for this" attitude - just pitched right in. But wait, it gets better. Later today they had this awesome poolside BBQ thing going on (which btw, smelled amazing 🔥). It's hot as blazes outside, and guess who's still out there? Yep - Niza again! She's seating people, checking on everyone, running around making sure everybody's happy. And doing it all with this genuine smile that honestly made the whole vibe even better. Like, when was the last time you saw a director-level person actually getting their hands dirty helping out? In this heat?? That's the kind of place this is - nobody's too good to help out, and everyone's focused on making sure guests have a great time. Major props to Niza and the whole team. Not the kind of service you see every day, and definitely worth shouting out. If you're thinking about staying here, just do it. These people get it. For real. 👏 Random tip: Their pool brunches are 🔥 - don't skip it!

As a first time guest in this particular Holiday Inn property, I’m thoroughly impressed by not just its quality but also the serenity of its location. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the lovely and helpful lady (Poodi) at the front desk. Breakfast at ‘Kitchen’ hasn’t at all disappointed and the attending restaurant staff are simply amazing. They’ll, on their own initiative, go out of their way to attend to every of your needs and wants. As I’m currently still in the property as of time of writing, I haven’t too much to say, except to add my very many thanks to the housekeeper on the 8th floor (Najrul) who’s been exceptionally attentive and helpful.
