Upa Medical Spa

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have visited UPA. And it hasn't disappointed yet! Very cosy atmosphere, the spacious rooms. Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best.😃 The staff is extremely friendly. Great pool and sauna area. Always clean, not shabby. We always go in the evening, around 8pm, so it's really normal traffic, you can try everything with no waiting. The food is just perfect! Varied, healthy, suitable for vegetarians (even vegans would survive, just less variety). Although the 3 time per day buffet is a bit too much for us, we don't get hungry, we can't resist ordering - it's so tasty. 😃 The treatments, as far as I could tell, are also faultless. I really like the "Upa" programme, there could be more short programmes like this, which would make the prices more affordable and make it possible to afford this kind of relaxation more often. By the way, it seems that this spa is mostly chosen by cool people 😃 But really! Polite, calm. Although there are a lot of children sometimes, even they are somehow less mischievous than in other places.😃

Atmosphere, service, care, food is just excellent! Always coming back here to recover, get healthier and to rest in really peaceful environment. Especially all employees are very nice, professional and really helped with all questions. Highly recommend!!!

The overall experience was nice, spa is clean and beautiful. There were some issues with booking and I did not enjoy the breakfast - the spa serves juice drink that tastes like sugar instead of juice.

The service is very helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. Only at night it was too hot to sleep, and the window in the bedroom does not open. Sveikatingumo paslaugos kokybiškos. The restaurant's food is delicious.

This place is fab fab fab! I was on the 3 day ‘Time for a change’ package and it was just what I needed. The treatments were fantastic, I can’t pick one I enjoyed more than the other! Food is delicious, rooms so comfy and atmosphere relaxed. The setting is amazing situated at the edge of a forest looking out at a gorgeous lake - please believe all the lovely photos on the website. My friend and I landed here jaded from work, caring and life in general. We emerged three days later transformed. There was a meeting with a medical doctor to plan the program and also with a Neuro-Orthopaedic consultant who discussed posture, and exercise to prevent discomfort. I got the impression that spa treatments are considered a medical intervention here and not the indulgence we see them as. One revelation for me was how physically tired I realised I was when I relaxed and then the rejuvenation began. The rooms are extremely comfortable and everywhere is so warm even though it had been snowing outside. The pool, sauna and steam room are wonderful but the jacuzzi is the pièce de résistance as it is situated looking out on the fabulous forest and lake (frozen when we were there- wow!). The food is just gorgeous. Breakfast is a possible four course experience. Healthy options include everything you can imagine - the porridge was particularly tasty. Full cooked breakfast is also yum. We both voluntarily had salad twice daily, even though there was snow on the ground outside. Hot option for lunch and dinner were tasty and diverse, including both Lithuanian and international dishes. You can tell everything was sustainably sourced and cooked from scratch. There is a full bar in the restaurant. My only reservation in posting this review is that others will discover our sanctuary. We plan to return every year from now on.

Everything was great. Good place to come with family. Very good chose of food for buffet breakfast, everything is tasty. Stone massage was wonderful and relaxing. Kid liked swimming pool and sauna a lot.
