The heating was rarely on and there was no way of turning it on, so it was very cold, but otherwise it was a nice little place. It was a bit difficult without a car as there are no taxis and buses don’t come by often, but it is only about a 20 minute walk into the village, so that was only difficult when leaving with heavy luggage. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of Scotland.

Had a lovely 3 day stay here after 10 days driving round the Scottish coastline. The area is beautiful and the accommodation was ideal for rest and relaxation. Tucked away from the main Hub of Loch Ness it was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable but was in easy walking distance of all the activities, bars and restaurants. A very informative welcome pack in the room gave us opening times and menus which was really useful. We had a twin room with private bathroom and there was also a lounge are with dining table, fridge and microwave which I think might have been available for guests to use but we didn't as we weren't absolutely sure, maybe host could add some info on this to the welcome pack. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

This is a small B&B with a little cherm to it, the rooms are small but adequate for what you pay. The town is about a 20 minute walk from the B&B but it was nice.

Located at an absolutely fantastic place. Lovely house and very clean room. We also got a super warm and friendly welcome from Sarah, the host. Definitely recommend!

It’s not written but there is no breakfast in the Bed & Breakfast. We looked this kind of accommodation to have the breakfast before starting the day, but there is no breakfast. The bed is not really comfortable but it was fine for 2 nights. We were lucky as we had the room with the private bathroom so we didn’t have to cross the hall. We didn’t see the host. The room and bathroom were really clean. It’s really close to Urquart’s castle.

Nice outdoor sitting area, great parking area, bed comfortable in a room with ensuite.
Communal eating area. BYO food.
Good nearby walk through the local Uquart Wood to shore of Loch Ness.
TV in room wasn't working and staff not available that night to assist fixing.

We met the family who runs it. Very nice people. The dad is proud of his robo lawn mower, a silent lawn rumba that starts mowing and puts itself away all by itself. Lovely, cozy room. Lovely walk to loch Ness Inn for dinner, and had breakfast at The Post Office.

Really lovely place and very friendly and accomodating owners. Clean, quiet and safe. Only down side is the room walls are paper thin so we could hear the TV next door and the discussions which is not ideal. Also i booked via ********* and it looked like a hotel on website but it is not a hotel but a guest house and for £88 a night without breakfast..we thought it is slightly over price...
