Courtyard Austin Dripping Springs

I’m a loyal Marriott customer, having achieved Titanium for Life. I never flaunt that, assuming Marriott will respect that…Boy was I wrong!!! We requested an early check in at Noon. William, who was working the desk, told us he would check to see if any rooms were available even though the parking lot was emptying. We were given a room…2nd floor with a nice view of the AC units outside our window & the back of Home Depot… The shower was dirty & the room next to us had their Boom Box cranked up… They Charge premium prices for the rooms, the restaurant & the bar. I was contacted by the Hotel Management, indicating that it wasn’t their “Standard” and would use it as a teaching moment…I’m certainly glad that I got to be “The Subject”!!!

Checked in a day early but got there around 10 pm exhausted. Figured out after getting to our room that we were stuck in a handicap room. Not what we reserved or checked in for. Short uncomfortable beds kept us tossing all night and the shower didn't work right in the morning. Was promised points back but even after a reminder call a few days later that didn't happen.

The team at Courtyard Dripping Springs, Austin, TX went above and beyond! Raquel Gameros (GM), Jaiden, and Jaqueline (front desk) made my stay unforgettable. When I didn’t have cash for laundry, they gave me quarters out of their own pockets. I mentioned I was craving fish, and the GM offered to have the cook prepare it for me. Jaiden even honored multiple late checkouts, and they provided discounts on meals and snacks. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made me feel truly cared for—hospitality like this is rare and remarkable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, great price , $100 for the night . Great location .

Not up to typical Courtyard standards by any means - but very few accommodations around the area. Poorly designed & small rooms. The room rate card on the door said $1399 for each room, no matter king, double, whatever????? Thankfully we were not paying that. No complimentary breakfast, although a highly priced Starbucks & small bar area in the evening. were available. As a positive, the front desk staff / team was very polite & helpful.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Rooms were very nice and a great location.I’m going with my family and they enjoy a lot of things. Food is really good. My kids also like staff they give they few playing stuff

This is a new Courtyard hotel and was a great place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff plus a nice restaurant on site. We had a flatbread and a salad for dinner as the local dining options didn’t sound appealing after a heavy lunch. In the morning the restaurant offers standard Courtyard dining options plus Starbucks coffee.

Pros: Newer hotel. Good location. Clean rooms. Starbucks in lobby. Friendly people. Cons: Limited staff and they seemed inexperienced. No complimentary breakfast. Oddly noisy heat/ac units. Windows don’t open. A gift was left for us in advance by a family member however we never received it til next day but only when we asked for it. Our original room had a very foul odor, they resolved it with a new room the next day but it took a few calls to get it done. No EV chargers.

Canceled reservation within 28 hours of arrival. Robert, the manager still charged my credit card. I was provided a cancelation number by Marriott. Please use caution when working considering this location. Marriott found this to be completely outside policy guidelines. Hard to trust services from this hotle.
