We have stayed here before. This time we found the room disappointing as the mattress was soft and bowed like a banana. The associated restaurant "Table Table" was in need of a serious makeover, not upgraded since our last visit about 8 years ago. We know it's a budget hotel the experience fell short.
It's a shame because the there is so much potential.

Ideal for our requirements. Good location for the ferry terminal. Only downside is no heating in the bathroom making it cold for a winter stay.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet, diner options are ok - also locals for the sunday roast Meat options, parking ok for your stay, good hotel + parking for a visite to Dover Castle bunkers.

設施中規中矩，有一點老，前台很客氣，總之對得起價位，也沒有什麼異味。房間略小但是完全夠用。入住辦理比較智能化。

房間位置很好，我的屋子可以直接看到白崖
服務差到離譜，第一天給存包，然後第二天我問前台，我要checkout能不能幫我存包，他直接説：you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅。意思是checkout之後沒法存，我真的覺得離譜至極。
我知道的連鎖酒店服務一般都是超預期的
