Travelodge Dover

The room was basic but clean with a very comfortable bed with extra pillows available. There was an additional heater and fan to use, which I did. The 30 mins free WiFi was so slow I gave up and just used my data which was very fast! The hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking - free from 6pm on a Saturday and all day Sunday which was great. Near a range of shops and restaurants, the cruise terminals and the castle yet a nice quiet location. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was and had a great nights sleep.

Aircon not working Noise from inside the hotel like banging The room did not have a clean fresh smell when entering Bath needs replacing rust stain marks/old age signs showing Shower head did not close properly water dripping constantly The breakfast was atrocious cereal seemed stale The main breakfast had signs of everything dried out from being under the halogen lights and the fruit was obviously not fresh as there was signs of blackening on the bananas and apples

this hotel is perfect for sightseeing across the southeastern parts of england, it has great motorway access to most areas of the south east which makes for fast and simple travel. I did opt in for the breakfast on my last day and was pleasantly suprised to find everything you would typically find on a english breakfast which was nice. this was a comfy stay and good experience and im grateful for the team at dover for accomodating me
