My room was looking to the parking in the ground floor, access to the the room through the toilets of the bar. They charged me €600 for something nobody will pay more that €40 Ibis ripping off customers because there is a fair in the city. Very bad experience

I was SO worried about staying here, the word budget doesn't strike hope into most people but it was so deceiving. First off it was really clean! Perfect location as it's opposite the bus stop and a short walk from the train station. We went to see Adele and it was prime location for us. You could also walk, which we did from the concert to the hotel. It was so basic, as in more basic than you'd think - two pillows for two people in one bed wasn't enough - I'm sure two more pillows won't break the bank? Also a very thin duvet but preferences differ between people so this might not be an issue for everyone. The duvet was also really small so that didn't suit us. The bed was SUPER comfortable though. There were also only two towels, I mean like the pillows I'm sure one more wouldn't be bad? I'd have liked maybe a kettle and tea stuff but it's not a must. This hotel really is what's advertised! VERY basic, but perfect for us as we went out exploring most of the day. I would stay again"

We have been traveling in a large group and staying in many Ibis Hotel. This Ibis was nicer than we expected with a larger and more private bathroom, as well as good AC. The room was tidy and snug. The hotel feels safe. The front desk attendant was kind and accommodating when we needed an additional towel in our room. The breakfast has many options. If you are there of an evening, or arriving late, be sure to bring your own water or snacks. There is access to drinks other than the vending machines that close at 10:00pm.

Unsere Anreise war etwas aus der Not geboren. Aber wir waren positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, und sauber, das Bad ist ganz schön. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut und das habe ich in teureren Hotels schon schlechter gesehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich - also alles in allem gut!

Hotel Ibis Budget una certezza. Amo gli hotel IBIS e anche la linea Budget mantiene una sua dignità. Certo scegliendo la linea Budget hai una camera minimal ma sufficientemente attrezzata, piccola, ma pulita e ben tenuta. In questo caso specifico avevamo anche una bella doccia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Area relax all'ingresso ( come tutti gli Ibis) . Treno per raggiungere Marienplaz a 5 minuti a piedi. Davvero. La stazione di Riem é li ad un passo. Treno S2 che ti porta in centro e da li si può andare ovunque. Il viaggio appena fatto è stato un viaggio di famiglia. E l'hotel é stata una parte positiva. Unico Neo la colazione che ( vista la distanza dal centro ) è da fare all'interno e non é così varia. Oltre ad essere cara. Comunque Consigliato.

Ich war zwecks der beiden Metallica Konzerte in München und habe daher ein günstiges Hotel zum Übernachten gesucht. Im Ibis Budget hat hier alles gut geklappt, ich konnte ohne Aufpreis bereits vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken und mein Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Außerhalb von Eventzeiten ist dies kostenfrei möglich. Ganz in der Nähe des Hotels ist die S-Bahn zu Fuß zu erreichen und so ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Mein Doppelzimmer war etwas eng, aber sauber. Mit 2 Personen könnte es noch etwas knapper werden. Aber da man auf einem Städtetrip ja in der Regel nur zum Schlafen da ist, fällt dies nicht ins Gewicht. Das Frühstück war angemessen. Für kürzere Trips definitiv machbar.

Wegen Spätanreise wurde bei telefonischer Nachfrage auf den Check-in Automaten verwiesen. Der war bei Ankunft defekt. Es gab keine Informationen für diesen Fall. Somit blieb nur, ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Am nächsten Morgen war die Buchung auch für die folgenden Tage storniert und es wurde die erste Nacht als "Nichtanreise" in Rechnung gestellt.

Ich bin begeistert von den neuen Nassräumen, eine erhebliche Verbesserung. Dieses Ibis Budget Hotel ist ein super Platz für reisende Menschen und man ist bestens aufgehoben.Erwähnenswert ist auch das fantastische indische Restaurant im Haus.
