Not good hotel. They are Charging service fee, but when we ask for service they said, we dont have staff. Swimming pool was too dirty. Breakfast was almost same for around 5 days( during our stay). No room service, no telephone working in room. When we asked for towel, they said, first submit previous one then we will give new one.

Filthy dirty, rundown hotel. Staff was nice and did the best they could. AC unit broken to the “penthouse” as they call it. No offer to move us rooms just sent maintenance and told us to deal with it and they knew it was broke before giving us the room per their own statement. My kids took off their shoes and in less than ten mins of walking around their socks were black from dirt. No weather seals around the door so we had ants, roaches, and other bugs visiting us. Not even to mention the plumbing issues and poor condition of the bathrooms. Not worth the money. Also under direct flight path of a runway to the airport. Couldn’t use the pool to relieve us from the hot room as it was filthy also.

Poor breakfast choice, had to ask for toilet paper at the front desk and needed to pick it up, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other amenities in the rooms…the list goes on and on…definitely will not stay again.

Room had Cockroaches we arrived later and had to stay there with every light on to keep the roaches at bay.

I’ve been a staying at this property for over 20 years because of the convenient location and the fact that it’s a fully equipped suite. However, this is the worst I’ve seen it. The rooms are filthy and the carpet is dusty. The toilet in room I was checked into didn’t work so I had to be changed to a different room. The room I was switched to doesn’t have a working extractor fan in the bathroom so the entire room gets humid when you use the hot water in the shower.
I can understand that renovations take time but at least the place can be kept tidy and the carpet properly and regularly cleaned. The dust was killing my allergies. The last three times I’ve stayed here in the past 12 months I said I won’t come back, but this time was the absolute worst. I doubt I’ll ever stay here again.

This place does not look the same in person as on the site. It’s terribly old and run down. We had to battle ants for two days. No one cleans the rooms and if you want new towels(which u get only two) you have to return the old ones first to reception. It’s ridiculous

The suite we got was in poor condition. The bathtubs looked so bad and gross, it needed a towel on top of it to use the shower because the bottom of it looked so disgusting. All the property has are three floor buildings with no elevators. There is constant noise from airplanes. On the plus side, their location and friendly staff

Furniture was filthy and in need of repair/replacement. No decor on walls. The shower was peeling and very unsanitary in appearance. Extremely disappointed.

The worst experience of my life.....doesnt look like the pictures, it is old, dirty, AC is not working properly etc.
i asked for a refund, they didnt want to organize it, so i lost my money, booked another hotel for 2 nights and they have a good booking. Somebody paid 2 nights and left, so they could keep the money.
The man at the frontdesk wouldnt help me, didnt want to do anything......so we left (me and my 3 daughts) to another hotel.
It is a very very bad location!!! ******* it is a shame to have that hotel for that price on your listings.
