Accommodation: The accommodation at Borneo Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms offered a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay. Hospitality: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hospitality extended by the staff at Borneo Inn. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Their personalized service added a special touch to my overall experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I think this place is quite nice but just the room is not that sake with the picture and even smaller from the picture.

everything superb..just the front counter need to improve..there are not available staff there all the time

Not really clean. The blanket I saw got stick with blood. Which is not hygiene. The aircon I feel most dirty bcs I open the aircon for 30minit not even cold when I open very thick the dust. Toilet super small

The place where you can stay for budget. Out of sudden have events that make keep awakening unable to save my energy for next day to practical purposes

It's price is reasonable.. nice place to stay.. very comfortable,polite staff and have their own parkir..

I like the room even though the room is small but it's enough.The pillow quite high so I cannot sleep nice.

WiFi connection in rooms is not strong. Need to improve the WiFi connection in rooms.
