This house is a perfect getaway for family and friends looking to relax, make memories and enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. The house is perfect for large gatherings and sleeps 8 - 10 comfortably. Located in a great Tahoe City neighborhood, this house has a beautiful and relaxing setting with forest views and a peek of the glimmering lake. There is one large sunny deck located on a greenbelt. There are 9 acres of open land behind the house perfect for exploring and taking in nature. This house is not your traditional darker Tahoe Cabin but is just the opposite. During the winter and summer, the house is full of sunlight and is decorated with modern textiles and furniture. House has a brand new 1,000 Square foot deck with a hot tub. The home features a large fully equipped kitchen with Viking 6 range stove, dining area, and an expansive living room with wall-to-wall windows, a high open ceiling, and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private master bathroom, and a door to the deck. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom are located on the ground floor. There are two separate upstairs areas. Two bedrooms are located upstairs off the living room, 1 room with a queen bed and the other with a 1 queen bed. Hiking trails are endless and beautiful. Lake fishing companies operate out of Tahoe City. Kayaking, boating, jet skis, stand-up paddleboarding, playgrounds, beach volleyball, fishing, river rafting are all located nearby. This house has priority snowplowing making for easier access in the winter, but four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains are recommended. No refunds will be made for winter travel challenges unless the highways to Tahoe are close for 10 hours or more and Tahoe is declared unsafe for traveling.
