Clean room, room service was slow to understand at times. We had to call them 3 times for a coffee capsule. The bathroom was spacious but designed for a man, with no sockets for a hairdryer (hairdryer was provided)

Firstly, Shaza Location was perfect. 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to Souq Waqif. Recommend to visit both day and night. First impression is clean and big room. Downside is the inconsistent of the shower temperature. Cold water gushing out every minute. Service was alright. Fuss free but nothing to rave about. Breakfast was good for the price. Spread was limited but good enough for our daily intake

Location is the best, next to metro station, Souk Waqif, Islamic Museum, big Mosque. There is an exchange office with a favorable rate near the hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. Nice pool and really varied breakfast food. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you plan to travel a lot to the sights

This was the worst experience ever.After very long trip we arrived to hotel at 00:30 with 10months opd baby.They told us that they can’t accommodate us because there is a problem with an aircon.when we told that we are satisfied with room without aircon they told us that we need to wait until 5 am till somebody check out because they are full.We refused that and they offered us to stay in 4 stars hotel which they found.We also refused that cause we payed already for 5 stars hotel.Than we asked to send us to any five star hotel and than statted the most extraodrinary moment.The receptionists said that he needs to speak with manager about remove us to five stars hotel and when we asked who is a manager ,we would like to speak with him ,the receptionist replied : “Me”. That actually was the brightest Monty Python’s moment of the evening. They also asked us to pay the price different between their payed reservation and new 5 stars hotel.In one moment,one more family arrived and also they robbed them for their room as well. Their explanation was also :”This hotel is first come first serve basis” Finally,they found another hotel and gave us money to pay another five star hotel.Whole sad story lasts from 12:30am to 4 am which was pretty uncorfomtable and caused one heavy night even if everything was all right with our reservation. At the end,rather to stay in 2 or 3 stars hotel than use this one.Never again,think twice if you plan to stay there with these unprofessional,lying people.

Shaza Doha was a good stay. Located in Souq Waqif. Convenient and walking distance to the market and tram station.

The place was super clean First thing I was greeted with was that my room was upgraded to a junior suite the room service is fast and when I asked for late checkout they agreed at anytime Thanks to all the reception staff and special thanks for the night shift guy

It was an excellent stay over Shaza Hotel. I would like to visit it again

Service diabolical, not like international chain hotels as i was not welcomed very well at this property. Would not recommend if you want a peaceful nights sleep. Very noisy. From people slamming the door in the hallway and other loud noises every morning from outside. I did not get a good nights sleep at all. Other than that the room decor is very nice.

The hotel’s location was perfect, just around 10-minute walk to Souq Wakif, which is one of the best places to visit in Doha. It’s also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to travel to/from the airport, Katara Culture Beach, West Bay, or Msheriab. The National Museum and Corniche are within walking distance as well. The hotel itself was very new and exceptionally clean. The staff at the reception and by the door were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The rooftop swimming pool and gym added to the overall amenities and relaxation options. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom that included a tub. While I didn’t book breakfast, I found the hotel’s WiFi to be reliable and fast. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

Affordable luxury new 5star hotel close to city attractions and metro with friendly staff (received free upgrade). I recommend more than 4 days to see it all.
