Location was that pleasant as expected but property is good to stay easy to locate. Near by place can reach easily

It was nice stay. Hotel staff was extremely nice. My only recommendation is to have a little harder bed. I think bed was too soft but that could be different person. I think the place is good and service and people are really good. Thank you so much

Hotel has decent rooms send cooperative staff, they try to fulfill most of the customers requirements and in a satisfactory manner, food is very good quality, loved the experience

I booked this hotel since i had a return bus in the evening and i just wanted to rest for a few hours so i requested at reception for early check in. First of all he lies that the check out time is 11 am hence the rooms were not available however the check out time is 10 am. I even informed that i would check out in the evening around 6 or 6:30 since i have a return bus however the receptionist did not acknowledge and made us wait. So me ***** my wife went for breakfast and waited till 11:45. While having breakfast i noticed that the receptionist gave a family 3 rooms who came after us this was very disappointing. Now since i had mentioned to the person at reception that i would check out in the evening i started receiving call in the room about my check out. I had booked the room for 1 full night and paid for it so the reception does not have any right to call multiple times about my check out time. I like to visit diu frequently as i like this place to relax and enjoy my quality time however i made up mind that i would never ever stay in this hotel again.

Hospitality & infrastructure very good. Location - outside diu
in case of additional blanket requirement- dirty.

The hotel people helped me with transport to somnath get my return bus ticket to Ahmedabad. They are resourceful and friendly
