Kolokotronis Hotel & Spa

Hotel is fine some rooms are up a steep hill though . Breakfast ok other food off menu was good that we tried. Pool fine bar service and friendly staff. Less than 10 mins walk to Kalogria beach and it’s tavernas sunbeds on this beach more expensive than Stoupa beach though. 15 mins walk to Stoupa front and promenade

We've just come back from a week in this lovely hotel. We stayed in Apartment 38 which is at the top of a steep hill (be warned) but we had a pool at the top which was shared between the four apartments up there. The view up there was amazing, looking out over the sea at the front and the mountains at the back and side. We had a one bedroom apartment which was huge and spotlessly clean. Double bedroom, large lounge with tv and two sofas, bathroom with walk in shower and lots of hot water and fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer. There was a bottle of water waiting for us on the first day. The pool down by the restaurant was also lovely, plenty of sunbeds and as soon as you sat down the staff came round with tumblers of cold water to keep you hydrated. The staff could not have done more for us, very friendly and chatty and attentive and the food was excellent. If you do stay up there and don't want to go out out to eat, they do a take away service from the restaurant which they will bring up to you. Stoupa beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and it's a sandy beach which is a bonus in Greece. Nice bars and restaurants along the front. Apart from the hill there are no negatives to report. Fantastic holiday and hopefully we will return soon.

The whole of the complex was perfect friendly staff including the lovely lady cleaners, nothing was too much trouble foranyone.The beds were huge with lovely pillows and they and the towelss were replaced regularly. The breakfast was lovely and also the food on the menus. Barbecue night was really good, Thank you to Mario, Farnos and the rest of the staff for the treatment they gave us x

This is our third visit to the hotel and once again we found it a delightful and relaxing place to stay. The swimming pool is always spotless and there are plenty of shady places where you can relax. As soon as you sit down you are treated to a large glass of iced water. The beaches in Stoupa are lovely and are about a 15 minute walk away, as is the town. The restaurant at the hotel is superb and all the staff have this lovely, nothing is too much trouble attitude. There are also many good restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious and kept beautifully clean. There is a great choice to be had from the many restaurants in the area. Maria and all her family make us feel so welcome.

Just spent three weeks at this hotel, had a lovely time, stayed in a studio, loads of room and a very large bed, also had a very descent sized balcony. The facilities are excellent, we used the spa a lot and had very good massages, the pool area, bar and restaurant were also great and we made use of all of them, the staff so friendly and helpful, special mention needed for Nico, Sophia, Mario and Vanoss, who all went above and beyond with the bar and restaurant service, they really helped make the stay special.

our first time in beautiful stoupa Greece, we have nearly covered all the Greek islands and mainland and tend to go back to Lesvos. However after this month visiting this area of Greece we were smitten from the start with the countryside and white sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters. the Kolokotronis hotel and spa is a must to visit and worth every penny we paid to go there and had a fantastic relaxing time, We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with my family. shower was hot with decent pressure, beds were very comfy and surrounding area was peaceful with a sea view. the staff here worked very hard a special thank you to Mario who had a lovely smile everyday and excellent service was a pleasure, nothing was ever to much trouble as with the rest of the staff. the spa we had a relaxing massage even my young son who loved it, and was very professional done and well worth the money. food on site was good also with a lot of choice. no charge for the safe and air con which really narks me and a ripped off when this is charged at some other hotels. cleaners not in your face we never saw them they just seem to creep in every day when we were out a nice touch and thoughtful. 5 mins to the first and best beach, and 10 mins to Stoupa. at the moment we may be looking to book this place again due to the excellent experience we had this year from start to finish, thank you for a great holiday.
