New hotel, nice room with city view, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Me and my husband had dinner at the Panecillo restaurant, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view of the city! Elizabeth our waitress was amazing, she made our dinner the experience ever, if you are visiting ask for her, she will make recommendations on the food, wine and desserts!

The food is awesome and the view is even better! Everything has a great flavor. We tried the burgers, pizza (la andina is great!), steak, ceviche, and empanadas. The service is also excellent. Francisco took fantastic care of us and was always checking in on us and making sure the experience was a nice one. He really made us enjoy our time to the fullest. Will definitely be back! If you are visiting Quito, check this place out!!

Amazing hotel, beautiful decor, wonderful views, with large, spacious, comfortable rooms, very modern, incredibly amazing staff Including the Desk clerk who helped us last night. We stayed there twice during our trip. Would love to stay there again. Amazing breakfast and we also had dinner twice at the rooftop restaurant. And located centrally.

Restaurant was great and the attention at the restaurant was not notch. The food was incredible. The service provided by Geovanny Vega was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend it for a date night. The view of the city and specially at night is amazing.

The cocktails were equally impressive, offering a creative and delightful selection that complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evening. A special shoutout to Geovanny Armas, who made our visit truly memorable. He was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain the menu in detail, and made us feel right at home. His service added a personal touch that elevated the entire dining experience. Goevanny was amazing! Attentive and an all around great server! I will be coming back as the food was great. The ambiance was also superb as the restaurant was on the roof so bring a jacket as at night time it can get cold. Seriously come and check it out!

Awesome experience and service from Geovaly Vega. Wonderful venue and attention to detail. Loved the food and the attention of the staff. Pizza was delicious, wine pairing on point and dessert got the spot. Amazing view of Quito. My go-to when in Ecuador.

we had such a fantastic experience at the restaurant! big thanks to our server geovanny armas for such great service. all the food was aesthetically presented and delicious with large portions. the view of the city was absolutely breathtaking. icing on the cake: the thoughtful ponchos to keep us warm. highly recommend!

Good service, Francisco cared well, food was good, exceptional view, great atmosphere. The reservation was easy, table was well situated. Will visit again, possibly stay at the hotel as well, would recommend to friends. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Had to stop by and try Panecillo Cocina y Mirador with my partner. David Adrian was a very kind and attentive waiter. Loved the view. Loved the food. 4.9 stars. Give this place a try for a romantic evening or time with friends or family. They put us in a private corner with a beautiful view after I asked them for a great view. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The cafeteria Alegría was really good and Daniel Abata was really kind, the coffee and the desserts were delicious. People are very friendly. The place is nice and friendly. We will come back to have breakfast for sure. The sandwiches were also nice. I really like the place
