They are not responding online booked customers..They Treat like we are not giving the money, We are staying without paying money.. Whole team and answering method is totally worst.

My experience at this stay was quite disappointing. The staff had a strict, almost hostel-warden-like attitude, making the stay feel unwelcoming rather than hospitable. Given the way the hotel is presented, I expected decent rooms, but to my surprise, they were far from good. The washrooms were not well-maintained, and the rooms felt extremely suffocating at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you're considering a stay here, especially in a non-AC room, I strongly recommend looking for another hotel. Non-AC rooms are unbearable, and the overall experience is not worth the price. Please avoid this place if you value comfort and good service.
