Check-in on Sept. 24th. The person who checked me in did not see on her computer that I pre-paid online with Trip.com. I showed her the emails that Trip.com sent me but she still refused to accept it. She wrote down the information from the e-mail and said she'd give it to her manager. She insisted on me giving her a credit card "to cover any damages". The next day after I checked out I noticed my credit card was charged for the room. So they charged me even after I had paid Trip.com on Sept. 12. I loved the hotel but I am very unhappy about the way the check-in desk person handled this . Anyone would be unhappy if they were charged twice.

This place is a gem. Freshly refinished and details only found in much more expensive hotels: Plush towels and more than usually provided, Glycerin soap and upgraded toiletries, and plush Kleenex and toilet paper products.

The place was absolutely filthy. Next door was a RV park and folks were rowdy and loud most of the night. Personally, i would like a credit to my account to use at another time/place. Thank you for your consideration

Great stay- had an issue with the tv and we were moved immediately to a new room. Service is wonderful! Will be back!

I like the laminate floors, but there should be a mat inside the room for wet/soiled footwear.
Fridge was extremely loud.
Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the neighbours tv as soon as we entered our room.Bed was comfy enough.

Loved the lady in the front office wa Avery sweet!
Wasn’t to happy that when we came in for breakfast, everything hot was out and garbage can overflowing. However the staff on duty quickly got everything replenished.

The hotel location is perfect for pur needs. The front desk staff is friendly, room is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just okay, but the coffee is pretty good.

The hotel exterior shows was a bit worn, in need of some trim paint. The room was sp****ly furnished, but a good size room. Water was hot for showers and towels were clean and fluffy. The breakfast bar was tasty.
