I booked a deluxe room, room was nice and staff are very courteous. I think the food price could be a bit lower and charges of the room is a bit pricey

Room is spacious. Swimming pool is also good. We enjoyed a lot. Room service was good. I think tariff is high.

Location is quite good. Very clean with excellent staff. Food quality is good but options are uite less.

Very bad experience. J. P hotel is also doing the same thing. They have provided us room no. 102. Which was so bad quality room. Bathroom is very dirty, bathroom door is not closed properly. I have requested manager to change the room he was suggested me that use common bathroom in 4th floor or ground floor. They are not ready to change the room. Room floor was wet 24 hrs without on the ac. For food i have ordered the food as per their choice. I will never recommended jp hotel to anyone.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Just 2 min walking distance from new digha sea beach. Room was very good. Food was excellent. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall it was a nice stay for 3 days.

Good location, cozy room, neat & clean, toilet is comparatively small & discomfortable, staff are good and polite, price is a bit higher, overall memorable staying.
