Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

We came back from this hotel yesterday and had a great holiday. The hotel is set alone in what feels like a remote setting but it is only a 5minute ride by dolmus or taxi to Altinkum or the nearby Saturday Market in Didim. Reception willhappily call you a taxi or if you walk down the drive to security they will call a bus to come. This cost us 200turkish lira so about £5 for 4 of us. The complex is beautiful and there is plenty to do without actually venturing far. The beach is beautiful but the water sports are very overpriced. There are many shops on site with the usual clothes,shoes and bag sellers all reasonable but the shop for essentials such as suncream is expensive. There are multiple places to eat on site but at lunchtime we favoured the Italian ,there were 15 of us and the service provided each time we visited by Yildaray and another young waiter was impeccable- we never had to ask for a drink as it would already have been poured and they were fantastic with the children,catering for their fussy appetites and even giving them surprise mocktails in shot glasses allowing them to join in with the adults. Nothing we asked for was ever to much trouble , I really cannot fault these hardworking waiters. We chose the Asian restaurant for our alacarte evening and again we were served bu Yildaray and again the service he provided was 5star and the food was great. The beach restaurant is good and lunchtime as is the pool bar. The main buffet restaurant had an array of choice so unable to fault the buffet but it was very busy and difficult to obtain a drink which was frustrating as it always seemed to be extremely hot in there. I had a tusrkish bath and my husband had a massage and turkish bath in the spa and again this was a great experience and very reasonably priced. The indoor pool was great too and provide an escape from the midday sun. The bars are all lovely but we favoured the pool bar during the day and in the evening and received great service from Kemal - who was always polite,friendly, funny and ready with the drinks. All staff were pleasant but I really feel that Yildaray and Kemal provided the personal touch adding to the holiday magic, even the kids thought they were great and wanted to say goodbye before we left. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful, we had a family deluxe room with a balcony in the main building and I felt that this was a great location as nothing was far away. The entertainment at night is in the amphitheatre and then later in the pool bar and there were some great singers on the Sunday and Tuesday whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, the children loved the slides, pool party and inflatables. There was only a few small negatives, the snack bars close at 5 which is really early and then the main restaurant is only open 7-9pm which again in the midst of summer seems very early. Brilliant experience, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and always tended to our needs, Sidar and his friends at the shisha bar made sure we were looked after always and never failed to put smiles on our faces! Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Honestly, I don’t know where to start!! Me and my partner initially booked for 5 nights but ended up staying 7 because we just didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect! From the room facilities, to the buffet, the pools, the environment.. everything was on point. There was no need to leave the resort as we had everything there. The food was so good, every meal was fresh and tasted delicious. I would like to say thanks for all the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to Azis (front desk receptionist- I don’t know how to write his name ), for everything he did for us. He is truly amazing!!! The only “down” part for us (as a young couple with no kids) , there was a lot of children so it could be loud sometimes with all the crying and tantrums, but we were lucky enough as we booked the lake house room and our pool area was private and quiet 99% of our stay. Also, I would like to thanks the housekeeping for their hard work. They kept our room super clean and attended our requests We will definitely be back!!

Wow, where to start, I have travelled to alot of all inclusive hotels since having children (21,15 & 11) Was very wary of travelling here so early in the year worrying with the weather, buy we was so lucky with it, Travelled from bodrum airport, opted for private transfer taking just over an hour, on late arrival, but the reception staff was very welcoming, checked us in no issues and took our luggage over to the room whilst showing us to get some snacks we was all hungry, got to our room after we had eaten was pleasantly surprised with it, spacious and clean (adding to this, the house keeping staff are unreal and absolutely spotless every day with mini fridge re stocked daily) all slept well each night, Restaurant is also brilliant, when we was there wasn't full or crazy busy, food was good for all, (one of the party is a fussy eater! But always managed to find plenty to eat with no complaints) I prefer the turkish foods which had plenty of flavour etc always hot and fresh, Pools are AMAZING the kids absolutely lovely them each day and kept clean unlike alot of the large hotels iv been to, Animation team was brilliant always made a fuss of the kids which was good, always smiling, We only left the hotel on one day/ evening as we really didn't feel the need to leave with always being entertained etc, Just re booked for September and hoping we have just as good time again, we'll worth the extra money in my opinion

The lake house is really beautiful and cosy, the pools are really warm, the slides are really fun, all the drinks are all inclusive with the food and they are all free, they are shops and and massive hotel that is really spacious and beautiful, I would really recommend it,

Thank you Guest service for help and advice, the whole of the restaurants staff who can't do enough for you, in fact all the staff work really hard to provide an excellent service. I'm staying at Aquasis with my family. It's a great holiday. Food, drinks, entertainment, cleanliness, everything is great. We're staying in the Lake Houses. We'd especially like to highlight the pool bar and the employee Sahin Celik. He is by far the friendliest and most personable employee in this hotel. My children especially love him. We would always come back just because of him! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Aquasis, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The food choices were phenomenal; I’ve never encountered such a variety of delicious options in one place. Every meal was a delight. The staff at The Aquasis deserve special mention for their attentiveness and dedication. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Despite the hotel being fully booked, its expansive layout meant it never felt crowded. There are numerous activities available, catering to all ages, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The entertainment team works tirelessly to create a vibrant atmosphere. A special shout-out to Mouna, who was the life and soul of the entertainment scene. Her energy and effort to ensure everyone had a great time were truly commendable. I would highly recommend The Aquasis to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday experience. We will definitely be back, and if I could have extended my stay, I certainly would have.

Magnificent holidays for our 4! Our daughters were incredibly happy being there. The staff was brilliant everytime helpful, rooms were cleaned, food terrific and also changed s lot of time, great swimming pools and kids club!! Restaurants with various food, we ordered a birthday cake which was delicious. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel and hope to come back there soon!
