We stayed for 7 nights in a deluxe room in the family zone at Anda Barut, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, stylish, and ideal for a family. The staff are truly exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to make your stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth created a genuinely relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The Kids Club deserves special mention — open from 10am to 11pm, with a packed timetable of creative, active, and engaging activities. The staff are energetic, caring, and brilliant with children. The facilities, including a well-equipped indoor space and a covered outdoor playground, are top-tier. The pool areas are fantastic, with options for both relaxation and fun, and the nearby beach is clean and calm. The swimming areas are well marked out and a lifeguard is present during the days, making for a enjoyable and confident swim. Dining was excellent — fresh, varied, and well thought out, with great options for both adults and children. Our 5-year-old especially loved the Pink Rabbit restaurant, where he could choose and serve his own food — a fun and confidence-building experience that made mealtimes one of the highlights of his day. He would also give a special shout out to the chocolate ice cream! Entertainment in the evenings was family-friendly and high quality. The Delice stage offered evenings performances from musicians to acrobats and Madventure offered a merry go round, hot air balloon rides, bumper cars and a rollercoaster, as well a mini disco and candy floss and popcorn. Every detail of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed to make family holidays easy, fun, and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning our return. We stayed July 2nd for one week. 4 adults 3 kids. I emailed before hand to request rooms together & our request as granted with an absolutely amazing free upgrade to swim up rooms. So grateful for this. The swim up room was perfect to relax at after a busy day at the pool, water park or beach. After our stay last September we couldn’t wait to return. We talked friends into booking with us. It was their first time in Turkey, usually holidaying in Dubai. It’s always stressful recommending a hotel & some recent reviews mostly from May half term holiday issues had me feeling the pressure. The moment we arrived I realised that we were going to have another perfect holiday. There’s a couple of changes since last year, mostly the Alacarte booking system & menus but the hotel has added a new family beach & it was absolutely perfect for children. The water was lovely & calm & it felt really safe for children to play. We got booked into the restaurants most nights on the app apart from one when we overslept. We were put on a waiting list but we didn’t hear anything back so we went out that evening to Topkapi in Altinkum. They picked us up at the hotel & dropped us home free of charge. Food was lovely & it was a fab night. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a night out of the hotel. Cocktails & food, again we couldn’t fault in all areas. Same with the staff & service. Everyone is so lovely & looked after us so well. I’m giving a special shout out to Gokberk again at the family pool. This man knows how to make a cocktail. He really is amazing & his customer service is the best!! Our friends are already looking into booking again for later in the year & next year again as they loved it as much as us. I’ve written a more detailed review last year and I could go on & on about how great it is but I’ll keep this one short. If you’re thinking of booking, I’d say go for it 100%. We have had the best time at this hotel, this is our second year and can’t fault it. The food in all the restaurants and buffet has been amazing. The entertainment team have been so much fun and are always getting you involved!

We are currently staying here and the hotel facilities and luxury is wonderful but it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to book a la carte dining in the evenings. So far we have only been able to book 1 out of 6 evenings. Even though we both set an alarm every day at 9.59am to be ready when bookings open at 10am. Even when tables show as available we are unable to book as ‘there is another reservation for the selected location’. We have heard that some guests have managed to secure booking by tipping. Any tips on who we can tip to get a table????
