Family of four stayed for 10 nights over Christmas. Check in experience was functional but a little confusing as we had booked all inclusive so wasn’t expecting to have to make a choice on whether wanted to eat lunch today or breakfast on our last day etc… no other information provided in relation to what’s included in the all inclusive where any of the amenities were or even that we needed all inclusive bands??!! (Only found this out at the restaurant after giving them our room number) Shown to the room by the concierge who was super insightful and plugged in the gaps that reception failed to mention. We were quite surprised that the all inclusive wasn’t exactly that, it was full of additional terms and conditions, such as “only one cup of ice cream per child under the age of 5 per day, any additional toppings like sprinkles will be charged”!!! They actually had the nerve to refuse a small Cup of ice cream with one tiny scoop of ice cream to my 12 year old???!!! Oh and best to mention you only have a choice of 3 flavours from the fridge everything else is charged for! It’s the principle that infuriated me as for a hotel the size of this and they were that tight about something as small as this?! Back to the room, we were upgraded to the superior which has a sofa and additional space for suitcases which was highly appreciated. Rooms were cleanish, floors were dusty. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not, in fact they were terrible! Bathroom was a good size, shower was badly designed as it was more of a wet room style which flooded the entire bathroom area. There is a bath tub but not shower within it. It also has a large window to the room which we found super strange?! (It does have a blind). Towels at this hotel seem to be a luxury as everyday we had to call to request them as they never left us any after cleaning the room. The beach towels were managed like they were made from gold, check out and check in process where they requested a room number each time… quite funny we thought! Oh and they ran out of these on a daily basis too! Restaurant and yes there was only one for the all inclusive clientele and this was the breeze restaurant. The food was hit and miss. Yes they had a daily line up of cooked food but everything was random, there was no theme. If they had curry they would exclude paratha but would have it on days when there was no curry,. Food also ran out regularly and on a number of occasions they would not replace it, e.g the kids area had fries but once finished they would not refill and this was before dinner time ended?! The chefs would also knock up a noodle dish everyday like everyday no variety offered. Limited food choices at all times. The only positive was the freshly made eggs in the morning. Blu Grill has a great Buffet- Fijian night, the variety and quality was excellent. The service was wonderful. Our waitress in particular Adi Ala is always so attentive and accommodating and has made our dining experience memorable. The buffet breakfast again has the best service and a wide variety of eggs, including omelettes, poached and fry. What an absolute pleasure it has been to dine in this restaurant. Thank you all.

I checked in with my two small dogs and do not recommend this hotel at all. Hotel is rundown and staff not well trained. They are clueless about dogs. The check in took so long that my one dog fell asleep on the lobby floor 😂 30 mins to check in, no joke. I booked the all inclusive package. So during check in, I was told I should not ever leave my dogs unattended or alone in the room. OK, no issues. Then I was told where I'm allowed to sit and where not with my dogs. All the outlets for the for all inclusive package does not allow dogs!!! So where's the common sense guys!!!! Hardly any area to sit and eat with your dog.  There's one restaurant only (Grand Bleu) with a ton of flies and super slow staff. At first the staff didn't know if I'm allowed to sit there with my dogs or not!! The space where you can sit with your dogs dont have any shade!!!! The rest of the restaurants don't allow dogs. Yet, when I called before booking, I was reassured there are several outlets with outdoor seating that allow dogs! I was told the breakfast area has outdoor seating where I can sit with them, and upon check in I was informed that's not allowed and I need to eat in my room! Who the hell travels to a beach resort to eat breakfast in their room?? So I called to have the breakfast brought to my room and was then told to leave the dogs in the room and come to breakfast!!! Contradicting your own rules of not leaving dogs unattended in the room!! The second option was for someone to stay with them and then we take turns to go have breakfast. Who? My imaginary friend?? When you do order the breakfast to your room, it takes 1 hour to arrive! I emailed them a week ago to notify them that I'm coming with my 2 dogs. I got a reply on how they will roll out the red carpet etc and that they provide dog food etc. When I inquired about the dog food, it took nearly one hour for them to figure out if they even offer this or not! When I showed them their own email, they were even more confused. Then finally someone came to my room with... an empty dog bowl!!! Second time, with dry kibbles. This hotel is clueless about pet service!!!!! They don't provide any pet beds and luckily I brought my own. The room is so outdated with everything you lay your eyes on either cracked, rusted or stained. The room was also dirty upon check in. They sent someone to clean and the balcony was still dirty afterwards. Bird poop everywhere and balcony rails and windows so dirty. Room service is terrible. You pay AED 24 for a soft drink in a can and they can't bother to serve it in a glass with ice. You get tea without a spoon to stir. You ask for jam with your toast and get marmalade. You ask for bacon and get cold cut meat. Grand Bleu staff are painfully slow and untrained. You have to ask for cutlery and a napkin and it doesn't automatically come with your food! The adult only pool would be great if it didn't have any screaming children in there. The lifeguards aren't strict

Radisson Blu was an amazing get away not far from Dubai. Beautiful scenery driving here. Once we arrived, we were greeted at front desk with a heartwarming welcome. Great beach to relax and just unwind from everyday life! The pool was clean and the surrounding area within this big complex is quite beautiful! Our housekeeper Ranjeet was very helpful to ensure our room was clean and tidy! Thank you!! It’s the small details that make Radisson Blu a memorable place to stay!!

There good 👍 respect BARMEN KENNEDY BASIR 👍 thanks ☺️ We really liked everything! The food is very tasty, red fish and seafood were served, there is always meat, fish and chicken, vegetables and pasta with rice, thank you very much! The hotel is wonderful, everything is thought out!

Great Hotel Organized in check in. Friendly staff. Room super large. Nice views Beach clean large pools. We did the all inclusive only complain is Soda is not available at Breakfast.The juice were not tasty and coffee weak. Good variety of food. Lunch and Dinner were great. Great evening shows peaceful lounge. Will book again
