Rooms are old fashioned,with wooden furniture which flgives reto effect,lot of open space with green cover. Food quality and taste are good . Wash room needs little improvement. Hospitality and staff behaviour is very courteous. Good value for your money.

Nice location ,friendly staff, and clean rooms. The food was very good and the pool area was refreshing after a hot day..The spa was also Very relaxing! Great for family and friends!!! Would like to mention Mr.Rohit Chaudary There operational head was always there for all the aarangements and All query.. Thank you Rohit For All the Support you gave .!! All the best ..!! The resort is as beautiful as their staff. Food is awesome. Hospitality is very good. Staff is kind and very helpfull. Service is also good. Very good place to chill and take jungle safari to make your holiday unforgettable also I genuinely recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

We batchmates of our 1st MBBS ***** with our families had come to this place for jungle experience. The stay at this resort was wonderful and services were prompt. The food, ambience and the services at the hotel were excellent. We would like to visit again at this place.

Great hospitality from the staff. Mr Rohit - the resort manager, Mr Joshi - Naturalist and Ashish at the front office were really very courteous ***** with the rest of the staff. The team went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I had lost the camera cover and Mr Joshi came ***** searching and spent his time helping me find it. Truly a great set of team managing the resort. Food was great too. A few things can make it ever better like a bit of upkeep of the property and shaded car park for guests. The hot sun and dust can really take a toll on your vehicle. Overall a great stay!

If you are looking for the most comfortable and amazing property then this is the right place. Hospitality 10/10 Rooms 10/10 People 10/10 Food 10/10 Stay is very clean and rooms are exactly how they are in the pictures Must visit if planning a visit to pench.

It was nice stay there and we loved the food and hospitality! Staff is extremely good and cordial We enjoyed our stay And also they helped us with jungle safari on spot and it was so lively and surreal experience We found cheetas and feer with neelgai and lots more

It was a pleasant experience at the property. We were her ti enjoy our dinner which was served by Mr. Arvind Kolle and food was prepared by Mr. Vinod Salme. The service was superb and food was delicious. I would recommend everyone to enjoy the tast and service provided by this property

Best Service, Delicious food both veg & nonveg, All staff members from top to bottom are good. Their communication with customer is excellent. Location of resort is also good. Games facilities are available. Swimming pool is small but good one.
