Hotel S G International

This hotel has terrible parking space. Not recommended if you have a suv. Rooms also needs improvement

Location is very poor, searching property is difficult. It in interior street. Electricity repeated failure, & a/c not run during power fail. Staffs are cooperative.

Having issues with the room service and even in the breakfast part. My last stay i faced they did not serve the breakfast and when i have asked about the breakfast then they told me that today we don't have to cook for preparing the breakfast. When i told them. How could you say that i have already booked the room with breakfast facility then how it's not served then they said we were helpless in that you talk with my senior manager. Then i told them to refund my breakfast charges which i had already paid in my booking then after half n hour they bring the breakfast from street shoppers. That is really bad. When we stay at good reputated hotel and take breakfast from street shoppers. That is really embarrassing for me that's all. Sorry i don't have any images

All are good in behaviour. Full supportive staff. Food is very delicious and spicy. I want to came again and again.

The staff are very supportive. I think the hotel needs to focus on maintaince regularly regd. Bedsheets and washrooms. Overall experience is not bad.

I'm happy with place. The sg international hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The check-in process is smooth, with friendly staff ensuring a warm welcome. Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, featuring modern amenities like high-speed wi-fi and smart tvs. Guests can enjoy a rooftop pool with stunning city views, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. The hotel’s restaurant serves a diverse menu with exceptional quality, while room service is prompt and courteous. Overall, the grand hotel provides excellent value for money, making it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Rooms are not cleaned - dust is accumulated in wardrobes, on tables, etc. Tv is dead in main bed room, and there was no recharge done for a working tv in another sitting room. As this is an higher-end suite room, even i was not offered a mineral water bottle. Rooms are not cleaned up, only upon my request. I expected these facilities at minimum for a suite room.

The hostel staff was good. It could improve on cleanliness a bit more. But the overall stay was good.
