Hello, my terrible stay at the sg international hotel from march 11 to march 18 prompted me to file a complaint with mm t on march 15. He took excellent care of me after that, and now the room is kept clean, the drain line is cleaned, and fresh linens are provided. However, as of yesterday, there was no hot water in room 301 starting day to ending date. Little bit issues but i am finally happily staying there because of mmt. Thank you so much.
