The services rendered is excellent. Very clean, new and latest gadget in the room. Response of the employees are very polite & prompt. Located at the central place of the city. Nice ambience and all require modern facilities available.

Restaurant has full of choices.😊 Fine trained & cordial staffs. I seriously recommend this hotel to stay if u want an optimal luxurious stay. I took my IIT admission while staying here. Very good and Excellent stay. Hospitality provided by Hotel Staff was super awesome. RAJU had been providing me the service at hthe hotel and he was very good. The head chef Mr. SHENAWAZ was also very nice and food served was too good.

I recently stayed at luxus inn hotel in dhanbad and overall, my experience was positive. The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to key areas in the city. The breakfast served during my stay was delightful. Additionally, the availability of ample car parking space was a significant convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience during my visit. However, i encountered a minor issue during my stay. The water boiler in my room was not functioning properly. Despite promptly reporting the issue to the front desk, indicating the urgency of the matter, there was a delay in receiving assistance. Despite the assurance that someone would come and rectify the problem, regrettably, no one arrived to resolve the issue. While this didn’t majorly impact my overall experience, it did affect the comfort of my stay, and i hope such instances can be addressed more promptly in the future. Despite this hiccup, i found my stay at luxus inn hotel to be pleasant, primarily due to the positive aspects mentioned earlier. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my stay comfortable and hope that the attention to detail regarding room amenities can be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

Visited the Luxus Inn Hotel for official get together and lunch. The staffs behaviour was good . The service provided by then were commendable . The food served was just delicious. I would like to suggest the hotel for good taste and well behaved service.
