Good to be back here. Had been my go-to hotel for Dhaka trips.

Arrived in hotel at about 1am Dhaka time, to realise that my room didnt have electricity, hotel made arrangement for me to stay at another hotel at 1 am! Was drained and tired, hotel claim that they couldn't contact me as I'm using my foreign number. Howevery they could have forseen this and emailed me or try other means to reach out to me. Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night. Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me.

hotel is good, people are nice, just during peak hpurs the traffic is very jammed

This is my second time here and my stay has always been lovely. The staff have always been attentive and caring. The food is great! The hotel is also located near other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit. 🤗

The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel’s restaurant was delicious - and most importantly fast in making the desired dishes as most places like taking their time. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

When we come to Bangladesh for business, we stay in this hotel, the employees are very friendly, they take care of the customers, the rooms are large and spacious, the cleaning is not bad, the food is different, the security is good. But the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there were issues with the hot water supply.

I had experienced a good stay at Lakeshore Suites. Their service is very excellent .Specially Restaurant server Mr.Masum was very polite & helpful. Kitchen staffs are very helpful specially Mr.Jony.Food was mouthwatering. Front desk staff they are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Housekeeping staff are very careful.Food menu is interesting, food quality is good, the taste is good as well.I fell like home this hotel.I will recommend this hotel to others.Every staffs are very attentive.

Great ambiance with amazing food and environment. Attended us Mr. Maruf, Mr Manzil and Mr. Sourov. who were really attentive, well mannered and quick with their work. Is really impressed by our entire experience. Highly recommended....

Lakeshore Suites in Banani 13A, Dhaka, was perfect for my business trip. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the WiFi was excellent, allowing me to work without any interruptions. The staff was professional and helpful, and the location was convenient for meetings and dining. Will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Lakeshore Suites in Banani 13A, Dhaka, and was thoroughly impressed. The staff provided outstanding service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
