The De**older Hof is one of the best addresses when it comes to accommodation in De**old. They have been around since… I don’t know when, but my grandfather used to take us there for dinner when we were visiting and even my parents celebrated their wedding there in 1972.
The hotel retained it’s old school charm and luxuriousness, but still feels up to date. The staff is wonderful as well: welcoming and accommodating. (I needed an ironing board and iron, which was promptly provided and delivered to my hotel room).
I would always choose this hotel again!

Our first stop on our road trip through Northern Europe and Scandinavia. The owner/manger was very welcoming and we were shown to a lovely spacious room. I have never stayed where there was such a large bathroom, huge bath and separate shower. The bed was very comfortable too. We had dinner there and chose to eat outside as it was a lovely evening. It was extremely busy even though it was a Thursday so suggest you book.Breakfast was very good too, plenty of choice and the waitress asked us if we wanted any eggs etc. This was our first stop but will always be my favourite and would love to return here to this great hotel and town.

Very charming hotel with a warm & cosy interior. Good breakfast AND an excellent restaurant - 1 star by Guide Michelin in 2022. Trick to park though but there are parkinghouses within walking distance.

The rooms are absolutely excellent. Very very spacious with beautiful decor that matches the traditional feel of the city. Great to have a Bath and shower, and the large bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the scrambled egg was excellent for breakfast. I had it with some smoked salmon, but there was also cheeses, pastries, cold meats, fruit & yoghurt which you could help yourself too. The only downside was the noise from the restaurant, people were say out until the early hours. Also, it would’ve been nice, as guests, to be asked if we would like to eat in the restaurant during our stay.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Hotel.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und äußerst geräumig.
Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, aber nicht exclusiv oder außergewöhnlich.
Leider störte bis 23.00h die laute Musik von dem Weihnachtsmarkt direkt vor dem Gebäude.
