Beautiful Oceanfront Condo at Pelican Beach. Extraordinary Ocean View!

The condo was well clean and comfortable, just as pictured. Bob was responsive during our stay and helpful. We liked having the trash chute and laundry facility close by to the unit. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property for your next Destin stay!

Fantastic relaxing The resort was very family friendly. Easy check in at front desk.Parking garage was close to entrance and ample parking.Overall staff could have been more personable/professional. No bad experience with staff just no wow factor. As far as the condo it was exactly as expected/pictured. Host Bob was amazing and extremely communicative. He even reached out personally to check we made it. Host was able to allow us an early check in! The condo had some paint touch up spots that he communicated about prior to checking in nothing major. As far as cleanliness I gave 4 stars due to light dusting on decorations. Nothing major at all just things I notice as a professional cleaner the average person may not. This is of course at no fault of the hosts. We would definitely book again enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, condo had ample utensils for cooking and grilling. Decore was fun! Beach chairs and unbrellas provided. Patio furniture was 4 NICE Adirondack chairs. Noise from other guests was not an issue at all. All in all its a fantastic resort for familys.

Relaxing weekend We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is super well stocked and a great location for the beach. The resort is super family friendly and nice as well. Would highly recommend!
