Solem Cave Suites

As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us kindly and immediately offered us an upgrade of room. The hotel is tastefully decorated and each room offers a unique experience, the architecture fits perfectly with the surroundings. The breakfast was served directly to our table and it was a delicious selection of local produce as well as international plates. The service was excellent and the staff really courteous.

This restaurant is managed by amazing Turkish man Erca. Quality of service was top notch. Look no further for amazing food with amazing view. Loved interior designs of this restaurant and staffs were so kind and friendly. Many thanks to you all!

I wanted a one night stay in Cappadocia as a 'pre trip' to a family and friends trip we are trying to plan in a few months. After reading many reviews, decided on Solem Cave Suites. Probably the best decision I have made in this new year. We felt welcome from the moment we pulled up to the door. The service of the entire team is focused on making their guests comfortable, and welcome. There are many cave hotels in the area yet I am now convinced none can compare with the love and attention that went into the restoration and creation of the guest rooms at this hotel. The stairs, paths, terraces and patios are enchanting. The rooms and bathrooms are very generous in size, not cluttered in the least and each room feels like it has a private entrance. Do not think twice about negotiating the stairs with your bags. The staff at this hotel cheerfully delivered our bags to our room leaving us to enjoy the architecture and the views as we made our way to our room. Breakfast; above and beyond! Not a buffet here. Cooked to order. I asked for 'serpme' (breakfast spread). OMG! The plain omlet I ordered was cooked perfectly, the assortment of cheeses, butter, clotted cream, olives, jams, honey, crudités, turkish sausage, fried dough, dried fruits, fresh cut fruits, fried potatoes, breads... the two of us were sitting at a table for 4 and had almost no room to set our tea glasses. The variety of small breakfast offerings seemed never-ending. I need to especially mention the pancakes! I am probably going to return just for the pancakes. Probably the best drop scones I have ever eaten. It was so much more than we had time to enjoy as we needed to continue our travel. We want to thank the restaurant staff so much for preparing a 'take out box' with our left overs. We enjoyed the 'snacks' on the road. Looking forward to our return when we can spend more time, on foot, to explore the town of Ürgüp just steps from the hotel's front door. Thank you to all the staff at Solem Cave Suites.

We, a family of 3 (including a 5 year old) stayed at Solem for 3 nights. Upon booking the hotel reached out to us and were very responsive throughout. The room and the amenities were impeccable, the views from the hotel too are wonderful. Great location, great staff and excellent food. Breakfast is excellent and the resort's hotel serves great meals otherwise as well. We loved our meals and are really thankful to the staff. They even helped us out with a last minute hot air balloon booking after ours got cancelled the previous day. At the restaurant Mr. Ercan was extremely warm.

I am so happy with the great service from Zehra whom is the staff from Solem Cave suite when we were at Cappadocia for holiday . We were having our meal at the restaurant. She is very friendly and her great hospitality make our vacation stay at the hotel very welcome. and she is helpful with out ordering and offer us coffee as a treat. Thank You Zehra and nice to meet you.

My wife and I came here on a tour guide expedition we booked ******* and the experience of it all was beyond 5 stars . The solem cave suites staff was extremely friendly and informative! Ercan the teacher in the restaurant was beyond friendly, and attentive ! We are looking forward to visiting soon again !! Thank you from Musa & Brenda Erdem
