Apart from the rude awakening of the fire alarm going off at 6.45am everything was excellent, comfortable, clean and in a good location for amenities.

Perfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location hotel itself is dated and I need of a refurb. Great service from Anthony he was courteous helpful and went above and beyond. The food prepared and served by Tanya was served hot, well presented and tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff great rooms clean breakfast is fantastic, had 2 family rooms for my kids grand kids and service was so good staff made us very welcome indeed.

Recently stayed overnight in Derby for a music event nearby. We stayed in two rooms which were comfortable and value for money. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. Bar was open late so we were able to continue our evening and enjoy a couple of drinks on our return. Despite some guests, including ourselves, having no hot water the following morning due to boiler problems, staff dealt with matters professionally and were very apologetic. Friendly atmosphere which made all the difference. Would definately stay there again.

Lovely staff to welcome you. Great breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. Room was big, spacious and clean and a travel cot was provided upon request. Only downside was the hot room, air con didn’t work,

If you're a football fan (I'm not) this is a well located place to stay, very close to Pride Park stadium. The parking is chargeable, but reasonably priced.

Paid extra for a room upgrade and you effectively only get a coffee pod machine! Bed is not a king size more like a double. Floor boards in corridor outside room door kept on squeaking when guests walked past our door. Paid for wifi which didn't work and the helpline and reception couldn't fix it so had to pay out for it again. Room was hot with no working air con. Room was facing main and busy road.
