A pipe in the bathroom burst at 3am in the morning. I could not get ahold of any staff and could not figure out how to turn the water off. So the water spewed everywhere for almost two hours. I got very little sleep. My friend finally found the lever to turn off the water around 5:00 in the morning. When the man at the front desk finally arrived he reluctantly switched my room and told me not to put towels on the floor because it would warp it. Even though water was leaking everywhere from the burst pipe.

The view from the bedroom was incredible. The room was not cleaned properly. Shower had hot water and I was provided with a heater which was needed. The area was stunning.

The location is absolutely beautiful, you get a perfect view of the mountains and the surrounding villages. However, the front desk worker was not very attentive and very disengaged in checking us in and making sure our needs were met. We told him that we wanted a mule to help us down the mountain the following day, and told him the specific details and he said he would plan it. The next morning the mule situation had seemingly been forgotten and when I called the manager he said that his employee had never actually reserved it. He was particularly helpful and when we finally went to check out they were all on their phones and didn't even lift their heads up for us. The overall atmosphere was less than warm and welcoming and these guys did not seem like they wanted to really go beyond the bare minimum. The wifi also did not work for the time we were there, but apparently that was a village thing.

This hotel is very basic, with a simple bedroom, a very hard bed and a bathroom. However, you don't stay here for the room but what is viewed from the window. The view of the mountains is just spectacular, the best view I have ever woken up to. I even slept with the curtains open to be woken up by the sun reflecting off the snow peaks. I would 100% stay here again!

The room had a good view and the boss was really nice. The food was also quite good. However the room was extremely dirty and there were stains on our bedding. We had to get our bed changed because there was dried blood on the sheets. I would recommend not having white bedding if you can’t clean it. We ended up changing hotels because it was just so dirty. The shower head was also attached to the wall with a small piece of wire you had to tie yourself. Wasn’t worth the view.

Gorgeous views of the mountains and lower Yubeng. The room was warm (heaters and electric blankets are provided), the beds were quite decent and showers are hot. Amenities are very basic, but the staff was friendly and quite helpful. The only issue was the rooms were very dirty.

Very nice view on the mountains. Friendly staff. Insulation of the rooms are very bad, we have been waken up early in the morning both nights.

雨崩，徒步旅行的天堂，現在條件比以前好多了，酒店的房間都有大玻璃窗，可以直接看到雪山，出去買東西吃飯也很方便

雨崩的美景和徒步體驗打10分，梅里雪山沒有出來打5分，這家酒店是屬於觀景酒店，觀景是它的特色。來得早，開了房後進去房間冷得直抖擻，都是打開窗户在通風的。一問才推來小暖氣，打開電熱毯，這樣才不至於晚上回來冷死...然後説衞生，打0分，床單，桌子，開關基本上，沒有一個是乾淨的。好在那天衹去了下雨崩休閑遊，乾脆就放棄了洗澡，第一冷，第二廁所，簡直看了就沒心情，刷牙也是逼不得已進去，也衹敢小便了，你們好好想象。我知道店家一定會説雨崩裏面資源緊缺，條件不好也是正常，我覺得就拿塊毛巾擦一下的事情，廁所就算半個月處理一次也不至於這樣子...而且價錢也非常便宜......

#負評#對性價比，鄰近店舖，防治蚊蟲措施，梳洗用品，房內採光，鄰近活動失望；雨崩村里条件有限，我能理解，但作为酒店，至少要干净整洁吧！ ①洗手间地上污水污渍多！（并非是我们放的水 ②马桶堵住，无法下水（后联系前台修理，前台说上报了，但具体修理时间不知，让一直等待，态度爱理不理！！！ ③洗手台脏乱差，自来水有一股奇怪的味道（我是用矿泉水漱口的 ④洗漱用品不用期待了，像是东拼西凑的捡来的，两个牙刷都不是一个牌子 ⑤枕头只有一个，床头柜也没有，免费矿泉水更不用期待 ⑥房间内除了一张床，只有一张桌子和一个衣架。衣撑上还有泥土🙃也没有电热毯(其他家都有电热毯 ⑦我们订的是9月30日一晚，价格是💰400左右，10月1日的时候价格就变成了💰1000➕。我就想问问商家，良心不会痛吗？？？！！！

酒店也沒告知要6點前趕到山下，差點就趕不上上山的車，估計覺得趕不上他們也不會退房費，和他們沒關係！是我住過的最冷漠的賓館，給了鑰匙就完全不管了，房間裏也很冷，牀板硬的要命，把蓋的毛毯鋪在下面還是硬的沒辦法睡覺！第二天起來壓得渾身都疼！窗户把手壞的，窗户關不上，衞生間水龍頭也是壞的，水可以説是滴出來的！晚上也很冷，衹有電熱毯，沒有取暖器！毯子用來墊在牀板上了，睡到夜裡很冷！旁邊的飯店菜也很貴不好吃，建議可以大眾點評看看別家飯店，不遠處就走幾家還不錯！唉！一般不會花時間寫評價，實在是糟心的讓我不得不吐槽一下！

村裡停電，沒燈沒電沒熱水，隔音沒有。 窗縫很大，門外柴油發電機的廢氣和燒烤的煙都飄進來，吸了一晚上的煙，鑒於這個價格，謹慎預訂 沒拍照，因為停電太黑了看不見
