Thoroughly not impressed. I have stayed here around 20 times over the years. This BY FAR was the worst experience I have ever had. The construction downtown - which is NOT their fault at all - really made parking a pain. We opted for valet, but it was $65, that seemed excessive and did not match the pricing on the site. I asked about it and they did not budge at all. Checking in was another fiasco. My sister-in-law booked the room, had the discount form printed and ready. The price was for the F & F rate, not the explorer rate. We tried to check in and they said that the price was wrong, and it was actually like $340... not $115... I said we are not paying that, she booked it through Bonvoy, with the *** code, made sure it said F & F rate, and this is the price that she was given. They said it would be lower with my explorer rate. I asked if we could please just check in and I will print off my form and bring it down to them. So we could at least get out of everyone else's way and put our bags in our room. They were not very friendly with this request at all. I asked what they wanted me to do then, they said I can print out the form, but to do that I would need to make a new reservation under my name.... So, I sat in a little room 20 feet away, pulled out my laptop (thankfully I had it) tried to book a new room, Bonvoy would not let me in, so I had to make a NEW account, that was a pain. I tried to log into my work account and print off the associates discount form and it would not let me log in. I walked up to the desk and showed them that PingOne was just not working and not letting me log in. Showed them my phone, no action notifications for getting into my discount forms. The front desk guy tried to help, but literally just did exactly what I did on my phone for me... I again asked if we could please just check into our room, and I will try again in 30 minutes as I did not want to get locked out of the discount forms. He said no, we have to do it this way and told me to call some 800 # that was zero help I ended up hanging up on them. I finally got into my forms, downloaded it and sent it to myself so I could send it to them. Checking in, finally, they again were not very nice or helpful at all. She did give me her email to send it to, which was nice, but I had to verify her email 3 times to get it correct. I had to make sure twice that we were going to pay the same rate that the room was booked at. I was not willing to pay more for a room when this was in no way our fault, maybe not their, but Bonvoy's? Sure. The room I booked said $165, but at this point we just needed somewhere to stay.... I asked that they match the $114 or $115 that it was and they did. Check in done - she printed a page with a bunch of details. This included a food credit, breakfast included and something else. She said it so so so fast that I didn't understand most of it. They stuck us on the second floor. Our room was nice, dirty, but nice, I guess. There was toothpas
